I started coming to city pilates a year (& 178 classes) ago. I can't speak highly enough of the owners, management, workers, and equipment - everyone is so friendly, energetic, and helpful. I only attend mornings, and Claudio and Amanda always manage to get my heart beat racing and muscles shaking. Elsa brings new moves to flow every now and then, which is really nice so class never feels monotonous. That being said, Kylie is super consistent with her flow and tower classes, which is awesome if you want to see measurable progress in the amount of resistance you add to your moves. Each instructor has their own strengths that aid your progress in different ways, so weekly visits never get boring. The instructors also give a variety of modifications for each ability level, so everyone can participate no matter your fitness. It's been so cool to see my progress over this last year alone. Within 3 months, my fiance was noting how shapely my legs & ass were becoming. I'm still working on some outer aesthetics, but my body is so much stronger than it was when I first started. I'm consistently adding resistance, my posture is better, I'm starting to feel abs under some tissue layers, and my weak little arms and shoulders are slowly but surely holding more weight.
