Ronnoco Coffee — Local services in St. Louis

Would rate zero stars if I could. The coffee machine they had in our store was leaking so badly it was seeping into the adjacent office and I called to request a pick up. We are now in day three of waiting for them to pick it up. I spoke to a belligerent customer service agent today who informed me that it wasn't a priority to pick up a machine for canceled service but if we just wanted it repaired they would come out faster to make sure it wasn't leaking. UPDATE: Now into day four of Ronnoco not coming out to fix the leak. Today water started spraying out of the back. Called and told they cant get ahold of their service manager.
