Terrible customer service in the Monet gift shop and the large gift shop down stairs. They sent me back and forth for products because they did not know how to determine it they had specific items in stock. Went to the larger gift shop down stairs and the woman had no idea what she had in stock either. The cashier could not find anything in the back and was rude when I asked for help. I asked to speak to her manager who was in back to see if I could purchase several of the items I was looking for and because she clearly had no idea what she was doing or how to help people. I was told she could not help me. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I rather purchase at a different museum. My experience was so bad I did not even stay to see the Monet exhibit. There's a large selection of artistic clothing as well as children's toys. In addition, they have a nice selection of items which replicate famous art works.
