Starbucks at Saint Louis Zoo — Restaurant in St. Louis

Ordered a venti iced shaken espresso, got a tall in a venti cup with the rest being foam. I've ordered this drink enough to know it was made improperly. I notified the "barista" of my dissatisfaction. He assured me the drink was made properly until I came back again to ask for a remake. Even though he still tried to convince me it was made properly, I had him check the card for how to make the drink...after arguing with me and telling me the card was also incorrect...he finally made my drink properly. While I was thankful, the trash talk and rude comments between him and the other "employees" was absolutely unnecessary. Andrew, please seek...

1 star for this only because my latte was good but the service was AWFUL. The women calling out names from the pick up window was the most rude, hateful person I’ve come across. I thought there might have been a mix up with names. There was another woman that ordered the exact same thing I did but never came to pick it up so I checked the name on the coffee and it wasn’t my name so I told the women there must be a mistake with the name. She took the coffee, threw it away and slammed the window in my face. Remade the coffee and said “I had to remake it since you touched the one that didn’t belong to you” so hateful. 10/10...

Garbage service.

Got attitude from the guy because I forgot to ask for cream before I paid. I told him he could just communicate to simply add it. It's not complicated. When I got my coffee the other person didn't give me a lid telling me it was "to protect the animals" meanwhile the other coffee for my friend had a plastic lid and I got a plastic straw. Are these people completely stupid or...
