Will is an excellent asset to this pizza shop due to him making my experience awesome after having a terrible experience (with quality of service not quality food) 4 months ago with another worker. I refused to order from them for months bc I was completely done with the company for the way he treated me, if I recall correctly he had forgot to make my pizza right and he had a really nasty sarcastic attitude towards me about "His heart being broken" for not wanting to help me after getting my order wrong. It's almost always true one person shouldn't spoil the entire company as a whole. Regardless, I had a friend come over and wanted a pizza so I decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves. Will is proof that you don't have to get a sarcastic attitude to diffuse the situation and get the customers order right, his personality was understanding and apologized about it and made sure to get it right for me. Good job to Will for bringing me back to a pizza I love for not only the quality, but for the good service I had all the prior times to the mishap with one employee and one situation. I decided to not give my business to for months bc of that and I'm glad he made up for it. Bc my wife loves their Margarita pizza, add chicken and just dice the tomatoes ! Can't find this pizza as well made as here! P.S I decided not to edit my previous review and completely deleted it bc I promised Will I would do so if he got it right! Read moreDon't waste your time!! We have ordered a few times, usually pickup because we live nearby. Every time we order it takes way too long. It's pizza. I make pizza at home from scratch, so I know what's involved. Tonight was the last straw though. At 11:15 my wife and I decide we'd like some pizza. We'd both had a couple drinks and thought we'd probably better not drive. So we place a delivery order online, website says it will be ready at midnight. Cool, 45 minutes (12am delivery). Well it gets to be 12:15 and I call the store to get an update on things. The guy tells me that they had a rush, but it will be delivered in 10-15 minutes. Ok I'm pretty annoyed, but I already ordered my pizza, I've been waiting for it, what's another 10-15 minutes. It gets to be 12:50 and I decide it's time to call again. Different guy answers, "Yeah your pizza is next up for delivery as soon as my driver gets back." "When will that be?" "Oh probably like 10-15 minutes." "Ok, 30 minutes ago I was told my pizza would be here in 10-15 minutes." "Well your pizza just came out about 5 minutes ago." I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I'll be checking to make sure that the refund occurs.

Called to order wings and the guy was in the process to take my order then as soon as I said I wanted it for delivery all of a sudden he is out of Wing, he is out of sauce, onions, bell peppers, Alfredo sauce, etc. Then laughs as if it was funny saying I should call back tomorrow and they should have everything. Corporate will have an email about this along with the overnight crew. December 16,2018: Tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt again, but sadly NO! I called to put in a order for pick up for 15 wings that’s all I wanted. The employee went on to say that he is doing inventory which will take an hour to do so he basically count make my order. When I told him I’m only 4 min away he still Kept lying about the fact that he couldn’t make them because he has to make room for the food that’s coming in. You guys, this was way before closing time!! Definitely going to corporate
