Buyer beware! I ordered a package to be delivered to a friend at a hospital. Just Don't Send Flowers charged me a premium for non-residential delivery and then took no accountability for non-delivery. The hospital returned the package to them and they charged me for delivery and a re-stocking fee. Customer service was awful. I recommend looking elsewhere. Editing this to respond to the owner's comment....the patient was absolutely at the hospital - and if you charge me $20+ for delivery and the Fed Ex guy leaves a package for a patient who is supposedly not at the hospital - the carrier should be liable for shipping charges. Short of sharing medical records - my friend was absolutely at the hospital, and you guys dropped the ball. I found the perfect package and the communication was great with updates on delivery and the package arriving on the day it was scheduled to. My friend was so happy to receive this and will make use of the products during her treatment. I ordered a package that was not delivered to the intended recipient on time so I asked them to reroute it to another address. They would not assist me and then they not only hit me up for the $40 expedited shipping charge but then they also hit me with a 20% restocking fee when the package was returned to them as undeliverable.
