Overpriced! Shop where you are APPRECIATED and VALUED not where you are TOLERATED. I bought a purse from here but never wore it until recently. The second day I wore it, the purse broke! The owner refused to make this right. I work hard for my money and for her not to make this situation right is beyond me! She could've given a store credit, gift card, a percentage off my next purchase, an exchange or something. I shop here all the time and have spent plenty of money in this establishment but NEVER AGAIN will I step foot into this store! $50 gone! I also agree with other ppl who left reviews about how they are treated when they come into the store. Absolutely no representation nor diversity but have no problem taking our money. As a mixed person, I absolutely hate shopping here. This store makes me remember that racism is real. All the employees are white and when I walk into the store nobody greets me or says hi. I thought maybe they didn’t see me, but as other customers walked in (all white girls) they all said hi and had full on conversations. I will walk around the store for 15 minutes without anyone coming to assist me, as if I have a disease. Instead, I have to hear from other conversations about deals going on. I’m from out of town & bought some pants a few weeks back that didn’t fit me. I just went to return them for store credit & the girl there told me there was nothing she could do for me bc their return policy is 7 day...first off, what store has a 7 DAY RETURN POLICY?!??? And they have a rack in the back of the store for “last ones” that they easily could’ve put these pants on. Someone would buy them..super inconvenient and won’t be going...
