Loveeeee this place!!!!! They have all types of seafood you can think of: shrimp, lobster, scallops, different types of fish, crab and more.... you can order it fresh to go or you can have to cook it for you- steamed or fried. For my first time I order whiting and it was good and crispy but the second time I got Swai and it was SOOO good, you can most definitely taste the freshness of this food and it doesn’t have that fishy taste... also the plate comes with 2 nice sized pieces of fish and a load of fries for a decent price- around 7 bucks...The fries taste better if you ask them to make them a little crispier. Personally I don’t like their farts sauce which sucks because I’m a tartar sauce person but they do have some good shrimp sauce for the fries!! A good seafood option in Statesboro with decent variety of seafood - they even have pomfret, which is not commonly seen down here. Also, their cooked seafood dinners are deliciously prepared and at a good price. Another item they carry is head-on shrimp, which is wonderful for making stock. However, I did deduct one star because they use farmed shrimp but charge prices you would normally see for wild varieties in this area - 9.00 a lb for medium size. Perhaps that wouldn't bother most, but they don't disclose that information, which I find a bit dishonest. Drove past the place while working was told about what kind of place it was. Me being a northerner I did not know. Googled it for reviews. And the place is as good as reviewed. Now if you shopping for a lot of seafood. Better go further south. But for this little area they do good. They keep fresh seafood around for what they normally sell. Obviously it's not fresh caught but as fresh as can be expected. Can tell by the smell they rotate stock frequently.
