I began my journey with CMA’s Valley Honda of Staunton 11 years ago. I can’t tell you what a remarkable experience I had back then and now. After driving my first honda accord sport brand new in 2013, she finally ended her journey when a Bear ran into the car at 431,232 miles. I began my new car journey and in less than a week’s time, Hannah and Taha found me the vehicle I wanted. Their communication, attitude and desire to take the time to earn my business was much appreciated. Taha was an expert on his knowledge in regards to the features of my new 2025 Honda CRV Sport Touring. He was personable, but not pushy in allowing me the time to process which vehicle option would be best for me. Hannah, I can’t thank enough! Go see her!! Jonathan and Allie in the finance and business office were fantastic as well making the paperwork a smooth flowing process. A new journey unfolds and I’m grateful to be ending the year returning to the one and only dealership that I've ever purchased a car from. Thank you CMA’s Valley Honda!

Purchased my new Honda here. My favorite part was there was simply no pressure. I told my salesperson Andrew what I was looking for and he helped me find a car that met my requirements. We also looked at 2 Subaru's across the street but I eventually went with the Honda. Trading in was easy and I felt like I received a fair price for my truck. As far as negotiating a price, that was a fair and no pressure process. After purchasing the car, I was provided with a check sheet and myself and Andrew went to the car. We reviewed everything on the check sheet and configured the automation in the car to meet my needs. After the sale, Andrew followed up as well as John who was assigned as my point of contact when Andrew moved on. These folks are serious about making sure you are happy. I will follow up this review after my first service on the capabilities of the service department. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used Honda.

VALLEY HONDA didn't have the crazy Energy Green 2018 Si I've been seeking so they called, searched, and dug their hands in the dirt to make that sale. I was about to drive 10 hours to Jersey to just see the only green one in a 200 mile radius when VALLEY HONDA told me they found one to swap with a PA dealership and they'll send a guy the next day to drive it down. That was Thursday; here it is Saturday and I drove my new love home. Thank you Valley. This was a great experience plopping up 10's of thousands of dollars that It's unbelievable. Oh and did I mention they straight up without question honored the TruCar price $2,000 below MSRP? No haggle, no hassle, just straight up wanted to sell a car to a happy customer.

The very best car dealership experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new Honda Accord and went to dealerships closer to my home and they were not only selling at MSRP, but had additional 'market adjustment' fees and mandatory add-ons. These dealerships required things like a $500 pinstripe on my car that even the factory had yet to order parts for. And they were unwilling to negotiate.

I then sent e-mails to various dealerships in the VA and NC area stating that they should only respond to me if they did not have market adjustment fees and no mandatory add-ons (did I mention that I did order add-ons, but they were the add-ons I wanted for my car?)

I was not thrilled when car dealerships contacted me anyway and still either had market adjustment fees and/or mandatory add-ons.

CMA Valley Honda was the one dealership that actually took the time to listen. I eventually worked with Ken Seal and with today's market my new Accord (that didn't have a market adjustment fee and had zero mandatory add-ons) would be coming from the factory in about 3 months. Ken contacted me on a weekly basis to just let me know the status of my order. Even if nothing changed, the weekly follow-ups assured me that I was not forgotten about.

When the car arrived, I needed them to hold it for me for 2 days as I was busy. I discussed with Ken a couple add-ons that I wanted to the car and they had those parts installed the very next day and the day after that I picked up the car.

When I arrived I met Ken and Greg Courville helped me with the details of the purchase. They were fully prepared for my appointment. The add-ons were installed, the car was sparkling clean and I got to test drive the car. Greg not only helped with the paperwork and had everything set with the DMV, but he also went over the electronic functions with clear instructions that were easy to understand and he answered all of my questions. I was later greeted by the finance manager, Igor, who was very professional and friendly. I wasn't greeted with any hard sells and never felt like they were trying to squeeze every red cent out of my wallet. I could have bought the car from dealerships much closer to me, but instead I drove 90 miles to CMA Valley Honda and was glad I did. This is customer service at its finest and I can't recommend them enough and I look forward to buying from...

I was ready to upgrade my car, but dreaded going to one of the dealerships in Cville because they are so high-pressure. Last time I got a car, I had food poisoning and they still wouldn't let me leave til I sealed the deal. At Valley Honda, I had a nice, normal, no-pressure car buying experience. Igor asked me some good questions about what I was looking for, went to do some research on their inventory, and when he came back, he had found a great car for me, plus a couple of backup choices. Igor asked up-front what price range I was looking for, so after taking the car for a test drive, I felt pretty confident that Igor would be able to make the numbers work out, and he did. I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review, to be sure I was still happy with my car, and I am. The vehicle was nice and clean, and the Honda mechanics checked it over before I bought it to be sure everything was working properly. Igor was really easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend taking a trip out to the Valley to see him if you are looking for a Honda or similar used vehicle (I got a Toyota Yaris). The folks I worked with to handle the paperwork were very straightforward and easy to work with as well - just nice honest friendly people, they talked with me about what I wanted and explained my options, and we got all the paperwork done pretty quickly. After being promised that the car was ‘mechanically sound’, not even two years later, I have to get the torque converter and transmission replaced due to last owner not following through with the recall on the converter five years ago…when i called the service dept to get a quote on it to compare it to Toyota’s quote of $11,000, the person who picked up stated, ‘i don’t know anything about Toyotas, try Toyota’. I definitely do not recommend buying here. I will go back to buy here pay here lots, better quality vehicles. Edit for reasons to ‘owner’: you’re not sorry. You’re glad you got rid of a piece of crap of a car and unloaded it on a poor person. Way to take advantage of someone’s situation. I have been in contact with a lawyer to see if I can correct this situation. Definitely buyer beware, especially if you are a female veteran. Now they are demanding my SSN card and all because they are claiming that I signed up for an extended warranty which I didn’t. I asked for proof that I did, and Catherine Gaetz is being rude and difficult about it. Just send the paper that I supposed signed, cause the copy of my contract shows differently. Three months later: still have crappy car and no contact back...
