There seems to be a general culture of rudeness in this particular Walgreens, particularly in the front counter. The pharmacy is rather poorly managed, as well, frequently slow to have scrips ready and saying they have a scrip ready on the phone, but then don't when you come in. The front counter staff seem to be giddy with pleasure when they can turn down a FedEx package for lack of space, then incredibly rude (especially the greasy haired middle-aged man with the beard) when they do agree to take it. Read moreThis location is absolutely horrible! I have been calling for 2 days to the pharmacy and no one ever answers. Today I was on hold for two hours and when I hung up to call back I was informed by the store staff that the pharmacy closed early today (30 mins ago). Someone could have picked up the call the other 1 hour and a half I was holding before they closed early. My child has an infection that I now have to contact the doctor to have them send it to a different pharmacy to get treated. This is very reckless and careless of the pharmacy staff when it comes to their customers who rely on them...
