After Cheryl and another employee found it funny to be rude to my 17 year old daughter last night by leaving her standing while they smirked and laughed, then leave basically all meat off my sandwich I decided to go back in today and speak to a manager because I’ve been visiting this establishment for years and we’ve never been treated so poorly. Upon coming in the establishment and attempting to speak to the manager I was met with resistance. Carol Riley told me there were “three sides to every story” indicating I was lying. I requested a refund and I was told I had to drive back home and get the sandwich so she “had evidence to show her boss”. I accidentally forgot the sandwich so I drive back home and get the sandwich that was not eaten and return it so she could have the evidence 😂 how ridiculous, right!. I could tell the manager lacked any training as a true manager. She never apologized for how my child was treated, instead she threw it back at me and somehow made it my child’s fault. So, I asked for the owners name so I could follow up to ensure this would never happen to another child and was told by Carol Riley “she wasn’t allowed to give me the owners name and the owner has requested that she not give out his name that’s why her name is on the door and he didn’t put his name on the door”. The level of unprofessionalism and accountability is astounding at this location. I was in my car leaving and Carol found it necessary to come out to the parking lot and start arguing with me. Read moreRude! It's cold, my little girl is hungry, and we're in a hurry. Countless times, we've gotten a 6", and the women there made it a kid's meal for us. I didn't know there was a different way. Well, these women decided to make me feel like a criminal when they called the owner/manager over to say, "This lady is wanting a kid's meal. She didn't ask for one. And now she expects us to just let her have it." Not once did I say I expected anything. No one had told me there was a special way to order a kids meal. So I got to explain to my little girl why she wasn't getting her milk and apples while these rude people treated me like a piece of garbage. I paid for the sub and left. I will NEVER go back. We were there at least 1-2 times a week. It was a healthy alternative to getting fast food, and it was on the way to where we needed to go almost everyday. Oh, well.
