Kathlene Kennedy is the Best! She helped me pick out my living room couch and two chairs. We worked together on the fabric as well. She asked a lot of questions on what I liked and my colors. She didn't push her ideas but guided me on what I liked and how it should flow together. She also took the time with my husband to fit him properly in the recliner he liked, as far as the depth of the chair his head and shoulder position and he Loves it! She went above and beyond on her advisement on paint colors (which I was in a loss at). Then coming out to my house and showing me fabric for reupholsteing my dinning room chairs and decorating suggestions. Everyone Loves my rooms! I couldn't have done it with out her patience and most of all her expertise. You can certainly tell she knows her busniess inside and out a true asset to the sales floor. Read moreOrdered in March after the 72 he no refund period, after which we all were locked down from Covid19. They first called during lock Stay at Home wanted to deliver. First off they weren't supposed to. They continued to call, and we don't want them in our home. We asked for refund, and they said no. I would not get involved with this company. All greed, no compassion. We will loose a couple grand, and I will see if I can cost them 10 times that in lost revenue......
