Worst place ever!!! My husband, daughter and I decided to choose IHOP because we wanted great pancakes. When we walked in there were 4 people waiting to be seated. I thought oh they must be busy, but when I looked in the dining area there were 75% of the tables empty. That was my first clue to run. But we stayed, 1 server came to the register and the manager came up as well. Never acknowledged us, I saw a legal pad with names on it and I said loudly do we have to sign in. No response, so I started to sign in and the server said someone will seat you in a minute. So the manager came back and sat us. Our server did not take long to come to the table, but we never got a name. She took our drink orders and came back with them in a timely fashion. She took our order and then it was downhill again from there. We waited 45 minutes for our food . When it finally came out (and we all ordered the same breakfast, the breakfast sampler) she stated that she would be back with my husbands toast and the other plate of pancakes. I said we all get pancakes she was like oh yes, and that's when she informs us that they had no Rye bread so my husband said Wheat is fine. We waited for another 5 minutes for his toast and the other 2 plates of pancakes. Now my husbands eggs are now cold as he likes to dip his toast in the over easy eggs. Mine and my daughters hashbrowns were cold and the bacon was rubbery. My husbands pancakes were raw in the middle. As I started to eat my second egg underneath it was a piece lettuce which makes me wonder did you serve me on a dirty plate, so I stopped eating. The waitress came back once to refill my husbands pop which he declined but never did she ask how was our meal. We could hear loud chatter in the back which makes me wonder what was going on back in the kitchen. We always tip well however sorry to say we felt after spending 50.00 dollars here for food and the service was worse than a McDonalds a 2 dollar tip was fair. We will never be back. The owners should be ashamed at themselves for letting this go on for so long. I read reviews after we came home and was kicking myself for not reading them before we left. I give...
Read moreDon't waste your time with this place. You'd likely be better off going to Dennys or Steak n Shake. Last night a friend and I were greeted very unenthusiastically at the front door, as if we were burdening them with our service. However, we pulled through and proceeded to give it a chance to get better. WRONG. Our original waiter seemed extremely bothered by our presence specifically, but was fine with the table directly behind us? (Mind you the people seated behind us fell into the same age group as us and everything.) For starters, he sat us without so much as introducting himself. He let out a very exaggerated sigh walking away from the table after asking if we knew what we'd like to drink and since we apparently couldn't decide fast enough, although the table behind us and our table were the only people there at the time, he said he'd bring us water until we'd decide, which made my friend and I feel more like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. About 5 minutes later, he approached our table after another waitress, Cheryl, entered the building and more or less tossed us over to her. After we placed our order, the food was brought to us after about 10 minutes. My friends eggs were wrong and she politely asked for a correction. Cheryl went back to the cook to have him correct it and after a couple minutes he silently, seemingly with an attitude came to our table and delivered the eggs. He walked away without so much as an apology and even looked over at our original waiter and made a snarky comment right in front of us! Over the summer, I never had issues with this location, however, after last night's experience, I can guarantee my friend and I will not be returning. Not to mention our waitress must have passed our table several times with our noticeably empty glasses of lemonade, and never bothered to ask if we needed a refill. Hire people with good experience in customer services or train them properly! Extremely...
Read moreToday we went to IHOP for breakfast at around 11:30, our waitress, Sierra came and asked what drinks we wanted. We ordered 3 coffee's and one orange juice. Sierra came back with the coffee's and orange juice we also asked for 4 waters she came back and THREW the straws on the table we felt like she didn't want to be here and didnt want to work. then we ordered our food, we ordered 2 omelet that's supposed to come with Hash Browns. We also ordered 2 plates with 2 eggs, bacon, Sausage, hash browns and ham and four pancakes. We asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy. The food came 45 minutes after and the restaurant wasn't even full, The ice in the orange jucie was already melted by the time the food came. One of the plates the ham was burned we told Sierra we didn't want that Ham we wanted a new one because it was burnt. Then 10 minutes after a new server named steavn came and brought our ham and toast and he also brought our "extra" hash browns that Sierra wrote that we did not order. Sierra also brought 8 pancakes when we only ordered 4. Then Stevan came back and said our waitress Sierra has something to do and that he would be our new Waiter. Then I said good we don't want her because she has a BAD attitude. Stevan was the opposite of her. We then later got our receipt and Sierra charged us for the toast that comes with the 2 plates, the extra hash Browns that we did not order and the extra 4 pancakes that we returned. Also Sierra didn't tell us that the pancakes came with another pancake on the plate. We told steavan about the Receipt and he took care of it. If it wasn't for Stevan we would've gave a 0 star review if that was possible. Thank you steavan for...
