I was in a tight spot today. My son arrived at his wrestling meet in Amherst, and noticed he didn't have his mouthguard in his mouthguard case. I called Dunham's in Stevens Point, told them what I was looking for, said I'd be arriving in 15 minutes, and need to be in and out of the store in as little time as possible. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted immediately. I told the clerk that I called ahead about the mouthguard. He knew exactly what I was talking about. He already pulled 4 different types of mouthguards from the shelf, and had them at the front checkout for me to choose from. I was able to purchase the mouthguard and get back to the wrestling meet before it was my son's turn to wrestle. They showed me the canoes and answered my questions. Today I went to buy one. I asked the manager to see the the new models. He responded that" it was against store policy" to show me the canoes. As Riley the guy behind the counter refused to help her or acknowledge us in anyway only to have the store manager come to the counter and do the samething even after asking to look at a firearm.
