Alright so my RB button on my xbox one controller stopped working from repeated usage obviously so I called gamestop asking if they did repairs...they recommended that I take it to this place. So I walk in to digital doc and I notice 5 male workers all in their late teens-early 20s behind the counter holding irrelevant conversations amongst each other and not even acknowledging me standing there. Finally I'm acknowledged and I tell one of the guys my problem, when another worker jumps in and says it's 49.99 off the back.
At this point I'm gathering my stuff to head out because I wasn't paying $50 to have my controller repaired from a minor problem. The initial employee tells me to disregard what he said and that it's $29.99, mind you the word "diagnosis" was not mentioned at this point. I'm under the impression that it's $29.99 for the repair. Now, I've already handed over my controller and swiped my card for the payment when I'm informed that it's $29.99 to take apart the controller and diagnose the problem...ripoff #1.
The only female employee was the desk attendant, and she informed me of this situation. While she's filling out my information the 5 male workers continue to hold non-work related conversations while on their phones doing no type of work whatsoever. Now, I'm getting pissed so I ask, "so I should be expecting to get my controller back later in the day?" bc they had no sense of urgency so I expected my controller to be a top priority. A male worker responds that they expect to get to my controller later that night and that I should expect a call.
I received a call a little before closing time (9pm). I am told that I have a small crack in my RB button, and that I can either buy the replacement part at walmart for approx $40, or they will order the part and repair it for $60. Obviously I planned on taking the cheaper route and they told me I could come pick up the controller the next day.
The next day I walk in to pick up my controller and there's only two employees, one I recognized from the day before. I asked the desk attendant guy about the replacement part they had mentioned in the phone call the night before so that I could price it. The employee tells me that (1) he has no information under file regarding the replacement part (2) he couldn't even tell me what the diagnosis was. So I go back and forth with him about dropping $30 on a diagnosis that I originally thought was for the repair too. He blames the situation on the manager because it was he who was in charge of my diagnosis. He then tells me that I can come in that friday (3 days later) from 10am-3pm to speak with the manager while he's there. Well guess what? I'm from TX so I had to leave town before then so now I'm out of $30 with no diagnosis information and no info regarding the replacement part. That's crazy. As a college student trying to manage my funds, this whole situation pissed me off. I'll never go back to this place but I hope they know they aren't getting...

My screen on my iphone7 plus had gotten broken between the times of needing to replace my phone case back in October 2019. It still worked and I had called around for repair and it was over $100 at the places I had called back then, so I just didn’t get it repaired. Recently, however, I dropped it again and pieces fell out of the screen making it a priority to get it repaired.
Again, the places I called were over $100. Eeeek! So between searching for a new phone or forking out a lot of $$$$ on a expensive screen repair..... I did a last effort search on Google for local iPhone 7 Plus screen repair. Digital Docs popped up in the search with good reviews. I gave them a call and their repair price was near half the price quoted from the others I had called. Plus, less than a two hour repair wait and a warranty. I jumped on this good deal fast!
I paid and they told me to come back in an hour. An hour, y’all! Wow! But wait... get this... I had my son with me and left his number to reach us when it was repaired and ready...... they called within 30 minutes!!!! Yes, 30 minutes, y’all! I mean, that is super fast! Under $100.00! Super awesome!

THEN LESS THAN 2 DAYS LATER, the screen UNDER my tempered glass cracks without me dropping it or direct damage. After having my receipt and explaining I was in there less than 48hrs ago, the extremely hostile and rude employee explained that its completely my fault. No, Sir, it’s your fault for the cheap China made screens you installed on my phone and charged me 130 dollars for. If you want to save money, a headache, and not get scammed, order your own screen off amazon for $5.99 and look up on youtube how to install it. There’s no reason why a 130.00 screen repair should break in 48hrs if it has been placed down. With apples repair, you can drop your phone plenty of times without it cracking. Their screens are cheap and worthless, like this business. “Premium screens,” is what they’ll lie through their teeth.
Reply to the owner: If you don't use cheap products, then how would you explain my tempered glass withstanding the "physical damage" and your screen not? Does't add up. No customer would like to speak to a rude employee, so don't be shocked at this review along with the many other negative ones. And while I appreciate your discount, why would I want another China quality screen? Especially when it wasn't my fault, it was clearly the installment or product. I don't want any of your services, I was dissatisfied and I don't want any other person being in this situation of wasting hard...
