We went in looking for a firm mattress and worked with Larry to determine the best fit for us. He was very thorough and well educated on all the mattresses. We appreciated his laid back demeanor and didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. After laying on a few options, we ended up loving the Presidential Plush even though it wasn’t firm like we thought we wanted. We went home to think it over and couldn’t wait to go back the next day to make our purchase. It was delivered the next day (today) and just in time for our 5 month olds nap time. I laid him down and turned on the vibrating base and watched as he immediately melted in. We had a wonderful experience, even the delivery team was amazing. Had an issue with the adjustable base, called Justin at the Stillwater store, he immediately dispatched a crew(Joel and Shane) and they arrived within fifteen minutes! Diagnosed the problem and have ordered a replacement motor! Service and support have been and continue to be extraordinary!! Thank you!

Parts arrived over night and Shane called first thing and asked when it would be convenient for them to come and make repairs. Not sure why the Stillwater location came up, we actually shopped at the Oklahoma City location. Great service and huge selection. The sales rep, Alan, was easy to talk with, very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. We told him what we thought we wanted and he immediately took us throughout the showroom to have us try several mattresses that matched what we had told him. He answered all of our questions, even some we didn’t think or know to ask. We made our choice and he got us fixed up.
