Very sad to see how the funeral director came into our home and began to talk about arrangements before going to prepare the body. He sat down on a couch while my family all stood. Proceeded to say his results of what he needed was more important than the familys grief. It was the most disrespectful and disappointing thing a funeral director could do in that moment. Rude, unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Their only way to stay in business, is being the only funeral home for miles around. If there was another one in town, this place would be out of business. Never seen a funeral director so sloppy, unprofessional. Rounding up the pallbearers like farmers rounding up cattle.
