Always super friendly staff that takes tye time to remember names of patients tat are regulars. When I show up for an appt I don't even need to go up to the check-in desk, as soon as they'd see my face they greet me (by name) and check me in. And finally, they go out of their way to either try to resolve any issue you have personally or make sure someone qualified will address it. Issue I kept having was I couldn't get thru on the phone to set up appts, etc bc they were literally busy for days. I bring the Issue up the next time I was in the office and one oftyr girls working at the check-in/check-out desk repeatedly apologized and without me mentioning or making a joke about it, she not only brought it up but was the one who asked if I wanted her personal cell number in case I couldn't get thru...

Was there to visit Atlanta Heart Associates, very crowded and in my opinion over booked and a very long wait. And 2nd visit to have test and see doctor spent 1/2 a day and ended up leaving after test as doctor was not going to be able to me. A nurse ended up calling me later that evening to give test results because Doctor we busy I guess. Really didn't get to ask questions about concerns and...

Hard to find parking. Waited 35 minutes past scheduled appointment. Technician was nice but receptionist informed me that they hadn't closed not one day since Covid started when I asked why they couldn't just call if the results were okay since there was more of a risk my 85 year old mother could get sick if she had to keep coming back. ???????
