If I could give this Tropical Snoothie location zero stars, I would! I knew right away, when I started to place my order, that I was an inconvenience. The woman rolled her eyes when I stated that I wanted my sandwich with veggie "chicken" instead of regular. I then knew the next two specifications were not going to be taken any better: no cheese, and the sauce on the side. Exactly as I thought, it was even more of an inconvenience. She even charged for my sauce on the side! I also ordered an Avocolada smoothie. I knew that this order was not going to turn out correctly. When I got my smoothie, which was made by an "employee that's been there for three years," it tasted horrible! I have had MANY Avocolada smoothies from TSC and they have never tasted this bad - this tasted like a chunky lime watered-down slushee. I asked for it to be remade because it didn't taste right. The girl took the cup form my hand and took it back to the prep station. I could see the prep station and all she did was add scoops of various ingredients to the drink and threw it in the blender. It tasked even worse. I then asked the "manager," the woman who took my "inconvenient" order, to remake it because it still did not taste right. She sat there and argued with me that the girl "followed the guide" and she "knows it was made properly." She clearly didn't read the guide (...AND, if you've been making the same smoothies for three years, you wouldn't need the guide - just saying). Finally, after the third making, the smoothie tasted closer to normal but still not like a normal Avocolada. When I tasted the wrap after I left, I realized this was made just as poorly. Read moreI typically go here every week and I never had a problem until the last incident that took place on 8/27/2020. I placed an order through the app for curbside. After 10 minutes of waiting, after the time it showed my food would be ready, I called in to follow up. The phone was giving a busy signal. After several attempts of trying to call inside, I walk in just to see the owner (or the person who said he was the owner) with the phone off the hook beside him. I inquired about my order and he stated he would bring it out when it’s done. I go back to my vehicle and wait just to walk back in 20 minutes later to see my order just sitting there. The guy appeared to have an attitude when I ask about my order just sitting there. I got my food along with my smoothie went back to my vehicle. I checked my order my food was wrong, when I went back in to let him know, some lady from the back walked up trying to straighten me about the order that I placed on the app. It’s a clear indication you can go look back at the order I placed on the app to resolve the issue, instead the guy yelled he was going to call the police, which made me upset, so I said call them and I’ll wait here until they get her. I was confused as to why he would say he’s going to call police. Long story short, I waited for the police and the police had him refund my money back for the food. Read moreIf I could give this establishment an zero I would. I went inside the establishment on yesterday August 25, 2023 and ordered 5 smoothies which total almost $40. When I got like 10 mintues away from the house and tasted the smoothies they tasted like water. No manager was on site yesterday just a bunch of kids playing and loud talking. I called back to the establishment the same day and informed them of how the smoothies tasted. I explained to the young lady about how horrible the smoothies tasted and that I stayed 30 mintues away from establishment. I informed the young lady I will return the following day. Well I called this morning at 10:45am on August 26, 2023 the assistant manager came to the phone I explained to her the situation she informed me they could not replace the smoothies and that I should have returned yesterday to have a remake of the smoothies done. I explained to the Assistant manager the young lady that answered the phone did not informed me to return the smoothies. The manager started over talking me and getting loud. After I told her to calm down in several occasions she went on to say to return the 5 smoothies on today and she will remake them. I explain to the manager all 5 was threw out why would I keep the smoothies to the next day. I explain to the manager that I had my receipt and she confirmed me that she couldn't do anything to replace my order. I informed her I am a regular customer I order smoothies from their establishment at least 3 times a week. Well she wouldn't remake my smoothies after I spent my money.
