Green's Nutrition — Local services in Stockton

I energetically and eagerly entered Green Nutrition a few days ago. My companion and I were greeted, I believe. However, as we walked through and chatted; a taller older woman with reddish hair asked if she could help me. I happily said I frequent 'Sheri's Sonshine Nutrition' in Lodi (where I am from), often. I continued, "A friend suggested this store so I wanted to check it out." The woman just looked at me like I was Totally dumb and kept saying, "So... so?" As in So what. I asked her if she worked there (though I assumed she did---deduced she did). She arrogantly said, "I am the owner!" This woman was one of THE MOST rude women, other than an older female staff @ Burton's in downtown Lodi from a year ago; (which I have already negatively reviewed). So needless to say, I purchased approximately $35 in candles and a Sage & Lavender burner. I turned out enjoying and using 4 of the items. Then, nearly a week later, I cared to return the fragranced satchel because I did not like the scent. I knew the employee owner or staff person would be awful. Sure enough, I had NOT used the item and had ALL the packaging AND receipt intact. This woman stared at me like there was SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME. I defended myself as she... argued with herself (to me)! I informed her of her impoliteness, saying she was being incredibly unkind. I got my $7.00 cash receipt back (though I had paid cc)--- which was an absolute MIRACLE of God. Long story summarized, she was the rudest...

I was very disturbed at the ignorance of one of the employees there. When I walked in, I was appropriately greeted. Also I was asked if I needed help. Another plus! Now here's the bad...while I was walking around and reading lables one of the ladies kept following me around and then stood behind me while I looked at teas. Meanwhile several individuals walked in of other ethnicities and she never bothered them. I thought it was just me exaggerating but no. I went back one more time an low and behold, I was followed, and stared at the entire time. I asked the same lady was there a reason for her following me and I did not need her assistance, but she said "I just wanna make sure u get what u need" Wth?! Wow...I have never been back and never will. I'd rather spend my hard earned money at Trader Joes or Artesian Foods. those people know that money is good no matter who it comes from. Hopefully that one employee changes her ignorant mindset. C'mon lady! We are in Stockton! A whole heap...

I really love supporting local businesses over anything in any way I can, so I loved that so many of the more health conscious items and companies I’ve only found only on Amazon are located in a local store. Unfortunately I would rather give all my money to Amazon than to be followed around a store while I’m with my child and friend and treated like some scum shoplifting thief. This lady literally stood in the register area turning a slow circle keeping eye contact as we walked around to shop. I contemplated leaving the cart and walking out because I was spending over $60 already and it was ridiculous. My daughter went and waited in the car because she was uncomfortable. Then when we did check out my friend asked if they offered military discount and she gave her an attitude like it was a hassle to apply. I used to tell everyone to go here but I myself will no...
