First off let’s start with how amazing loud sound employees and the owners are. Straight up Real! They tell you what you need to know and they don’t BS you. I called on Friday and they answered right away and told me to come in Saturday morning and they could get what ever I need done same day m. Let me tell you I did go first thing Saturday morning. Spoke to them and as soon as I agreed with everything they got straight to it.They help me make the right choice depending on what I wanted and needed. They said it would be done that day and they came through! The owner even stayed overtime to make sure it was completed. When they say it’s going to get done they get it done! I tried doing this in a cheaper way, but it ended up doing more harm than good… So Loud ended up being where we landed.

Me and my daughter came in with an old ass car… A 1996 Toyota Avalon… And we were helped by a nice gentleman at the front desk. I believe his name was Juan. He showed us the different stereo options and my daughter decided to go with the basic stereo. Everything was installed on the same day and everything works really well. My daughter is super happy that she now has a functional car stereo and it’s even Bluetooth enabled. We definitely want her to be safe, so her car is now hands-free.
