The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the young woman in there was extremely knowledgeable. But the men ( william and Brock)were very condesending and rude. I just asked a question about why they would be able to keep 30% of the purchase price if denied by the government. And williams reply was very rude he said " if you don't think you can buy a gun then you shouldn't even try" may I remind you I am not a felon. Just had my license suspended in the past and was just curious as to why they felt entitled to such a high percentage of my hard earned money for me choosing to do my business there. I called a bunch of other places and that is an extreme mark up. Matter of fact they are the only ones over 15% to provide these services. Choose wisely. I'm sure anybody from the outside looking in can see these companies are robbing people. Please beware of inflated cancellation fees. Read moreWorker named William in the back gun counter section in my opinion did an Excellent job making my boyfriend and I feel like we were irrelevant beings that were there to just waste his time as he had to get up from his little chair off his little computer where he was clearly doing NOTHING just to assist us. Thank you William. I can go on and tell the whole story but I'm not going to. He knows what he did, how he treated us and how it made us feel. However I will say this, I myself have worked in a store where I had to tend/communicate with customers. I am aware that at anytime things can and will get out of hand whevener dealing with different types of people. In the same manner, we are all trained to know what to do how to react and what steps to take if ever a situation should arise. Ironically as a customer, never have I thought I'd ever experience something like this, especially coming from a so called "professional"....
Read moreI thought when it's lifetime warranty it mean if broken bring it in to get a new one right or am I not understanding what the lifetime warranty is there for because this afternoon I took in my broken 8ft California ctx 801-2 spinning trout rod in for the lifetime warranty that turner's have but instead I was charged $60 for giving this store my broken rod for a new rod....I'm still a bit confused and disappointed because I had to drive from Sacramento to this stores location just to be charged for that.....what the heck is going on with the lifetime warranty anyways if I still need to pay $60 for giving the broken rod for the new rod....the asian looking dude that claim to be the manager in the fishing department at this location have a real bad attitude and customer service.....he was the one that charged me the $60 so I don't really know what else to say about this but I'm definitely not coming back to this...
