My name is Emma and I am long time customer with you all the last time I bought jewelry was last year and you guys assure me that I would not have the issue that I’m experiencing now I brought my pendant up to your store to be repaired and every single time that I take the pendant home, the stone falls out in the same place. This will be my fourth time bringing it to you all and now that he has been repaired for the fourth time you all are charging me a service fee and I think this is outrageous and totally unfair and I will speak out against this because I was assured that my pendant was repaired when I paid for it to be repaired the first time , it was an inconvenience on my behalf to have to bring it back to you guys

Horrible service and misleading information! I called 5 times and have messages from the chat, confirming that they will pierce the tragus part of the ear....I was told several times yes they can pierce, even gave me a price. I drove 45mins to this place and was told they don't do this type of piercing, then I asked them why was I told several times that they can do the type of piercing, I then show them my call log from the conversations and messages...they changed the story to "oh well we don't, but there's a guy that can, come back at 4pm🥴...I explained to them I can't come back...long story short DONT GO...
