I didn't want to do this but my experience here was SAD, SAD, SAD!!! We arrived after a Christian meeting and had the guest speaker with us for hospitality. Our party was 11 people in total. Two of whom ordered and took their food and left. The rest of the table ordered appetizers which came out after about 25 minutes. That part was fine. What happened as time went on was not fine. We arrived at 12:15 and we didn't receive our main courses until 2:55 pm. We sat at the table waiting, and waiting and even asked the waiter to please bring out any food that was ready and not wait on the rest of the food. In the meantime while we were waiting, the waiter came out to let one of the persons at the table that had ordered fajitas know that there were no tortillas for the fajitas... how does that happen when it's a featured item on your menu? More on that later... At 2:40pm I got up to ask if I could speak to the manager. The waiter was behind the bar putting in another order and asked me to wait. I did. I explained why I wanted to see him and mentioned that we had been there for a long time and had not received our food. When he went to the back, he came back and said that the manager was not going to come out because he was cooking. I then said, "Is he the only one cooking? And "can he at least come out briefly to speak with us?" I was told again that NO HE CANNOT come out because he is cooking. I want to pause here to say the waiter was only letting me know what the manager had said. I then asked for the managers name and he said Shaun. Well as I am standing at the bar area our food starts to come out to the table. I looked at my watch and it was 2:55 pm. This is really an unacceptable wait time. Everyone was hungry and SADLY the food was horrible. I ordered the bowl and added Salmon. It was dry and the flavor was lacking. The bowl should have had Avocado but did not and the vegetables that were supposed to be in it were minimal. The fajita I mentioned before did not have tortillas and the vegetables which should have been grilled looked boiled and floppy. Another person ordered the pecan crusted chicken salad. The crust on the chicken was not cooked properly so it was falling off of the chicken and some of the chicken looked spoiled amd had spots on it. Another friend ordered pasta with alfredo sauce and it was dry... no sauce. Needless to say it was a bad dining experience. The sad part was that a table of ladies adjacent to us were having the same experience with their food. No tortillas as one of them had ordered the fajitas also and another patron didn't get her food at all. The manager never came out to speak to them either. I want to support local businesses and it pains me to see this. The waiter expressed his dismay as well and how it affects his tips. We expressed to him that we were pleased with his service and that it wasn't his fault because he wasn't the one cooking. We tipped him well and expressed appreciation for his kind, calm, professional demeanor despite what was happening in the back of the house. Anyway this is a long review but a much needed one. I do hope they improve. I had not been to this restaurant in many years and now sadly, my first foray going there was not a good. Please do...

I've been to many Friday's and this one is by far the worst of the bunch. Walked in at about 5pm on a Sunday night, the place was near empty. A few people at the bar, and maybe 2 tables seated. It took a few minutes for our party of 4 to be seated, despite there being several employees just standing around talking to each other not acknowledging us. After being seated 2 of the 4 paper menus were absolutely filthy, covered in chunks of food. Because of the slow service we had to swap out our own menus just to discover they were dirty as well. Didn't have unsweetened tea or blue kids slushie listed on menu. Ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks as appetizers - no issue. 3 of 4 entrees eventually come out. My 9 year old is without hers. Then the waitress says "I'm sorry but I forgot to put her order in. Did you still want me to put it in?" Unbelievable. Of course I want you to put her order in. I ask for an extra order of mozzarella sticks so she has something while she waits. Her entree comes out before the extra mozzarella sticks so I ask to cancel the extra sticks. Daughter took one bite of her pasta and said it was nasty. I tried it and the noodles were hard, the sauce lacked flavor. I got the final check, I was charged full price for the meal plus overcharged for the extra order of Mozzarella sticks that I didn't even receive. I point out the mistake to the waitress and she says she'll fix it. After getting the second check and AFTER running my card I see I was charged full price and nothing was fixed. I was overcharged by $5 for this completely substandard experience. I appreciate the fact that the waitress offered to cash app me to make up for her mistake. But this is not at all how a business should be ran.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Take your chances literally anywhere else - you couldn't possibly...
Read moreIt's been a long time since I last visited a TGIFridays. Our greeter was very courteous, friendly and professional. As our party of six was seated I began reminiscing my younger days when I enjoyed excellent Long Island Ice Teas and other spirits after work! This time I was with a large family group, and no one was drinking alcohol this afternoon. So imagine my surprise when our server claimed that Friday's would not serve any of their various alcoholic beverages (Margaritas, Daiquiris, Bloody Mary's, etc.) without the alcohol! I personally was looking forward to a virgin Pina Colada. So instead we settled for water and sodas. Besides the server's obstinacy regarding customers ordering things that are not spelled out on the menu, the server was for the most part polite and attentive to the other needs of the table. Just speaking for myself, I thought the food was alright, but not as good as I remembered. I thought the atmosphere was noisy but typical for most TGIFridays I had visited in the past. This time it was especially noisy with a lot of young children nearby. As we were leaving I had a chat with the bartender, who did not understand why our server claimed Friday's would not let us order non-alcoholic versions of alcoholic beverages. I then had a chat with the server, who politely maintained their obstinacy on the matter. My wife posted why she did not enjoy this visit, however the email address offered by a TGIFridays representative responding to her post on Google was invalid. We still handed our server a great tip and hopefully that server will consider my advice when it comes to future customers. All in all, I think our visit here was a three-star...
