Horrible experience. We just moved to Stonecrest from New Mexico and decided our furniture had been through enough moves. We purchased a sectional and were told it would be delivered in two weeks. They call to confirm delivery 4 days out. We then get rid of our existing furniture and my husband takes off from work and forewent a day's worth of pay and commission at a new job to wait for the furniture to arrive. It never arrived and no one called to tell us it wasn't arriving. We had to call just to be told they lost the shipment.
When we called they offered for us to to come select a new sectional for 10% off because they claimed "they've never seen this happen before." Wow, they are going to spare me the tax. We asked how long it would take for them to get another one to us and we were told 2 weeks. We wised up and called in advance this time only to find that our delivery date was pushed back another two weeks. No one called to tell us. Again. Fool me once, fool me twice and all. Time for a refund.
I called their corporate and was told a refund takes 5-7 days, but the charge on my credit card was instant, how convenient. I call the store to get some kind of detail and they told me that when a person calls and confirms the delivery date that it is not an assured date. So why call me and have us take off work? I ask her for refund window and she told me my refund will take 2-3 days. Not sure who to believe as they cannot seem to get their story straight.
Also, the story changed. Went form they lost the shipment to "we have to wait for it to be shipped from overseas." Well which is it? It's lost or we're blaming China? If you're going to give excuses at least get your story straight.
This place is a scam, stay away. I wish I could rate with no stars. Now I have to wait for a refund before I can go and purchase a sectional from a company that actually follows through. And who knows how long that refund will even take. Hope it doesn't get lost or stuck in another country too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! They are a scam and I'm sitting on the floor...still.
And if anyone from this company is even bothering to read this. I still have not received my email confirmation for my refund that I was told would be sent right away. I will be watching my statements for this credit and you will hear from me or my legal representation if I do not see it in the next 2-3 day window I was told to expect it by, from the MOD April. I pay monthly for legal representation on standby, so it will not bother me one bit to get them off their behinds and get to work on this. I'm tired of sitting on the floor. And I am tired of your excuses.
Looks like we're off to a great start in a new state. Does anyone have a real furniture store they would recommend? You know, one that delivers what you ordered and doesn't deliver inconsistent excuses instead?
The only positive I have was the sale's women, Kaila. She was excellent. Even when we went up there to discuss the situation. Too bad the rest of the experience was an absolute waste of time and money. Well, monies at this point, due to the lost wages.

Read moreI made a purchase of dining room table and 4 chairs in September 2021. I was told the delivery date would be in December 2021. In November, I was contacted and told my delivery would actually be available earlier and I set a delivery for the table and 4 chair in the second week of November. Each time I spoke with the delivery team, I confirmed my address. The day prior to my delivery, I received a text message stating my delivery would take place between 3:30am and 6:30am to an address where I do not live. I contacted American Signature furniture and corrected the address. I was contacted later that day and told that the table and 4 chairs were actually ordered from the incorrect store (about 1 hour away from my house). This was based on an address from a previous account I had with American Signature Furniture. (Of note, when I created the new account - I gave the salesperson my address and she typed my address in to their system directly from my driver's license. Apparently, the old address was not removed from the system and that was used to order my furniture.) I was told by that person that if I wanted my furniture - I would need to get a u-haul truck and pick it up from that location despite me having paid for the furniture and delivery in full. That was not acceptable to me. I asked for an alternative. I was told I would have to go back to the store closest to me and re-order it.
I re-ordered the furniture as instructed and had a delivery date of December 18. I received a phone call 2 days ago stating that I would not be able to get my full order. I would get 2 chairs in February 2022. After requesting compensation - I was offered my delivery fee back of $179 and told that the delivery dates of my furniture was "tentative."
I do not understand how a company can have the furniture 1 hour away from my home last week and now I cannot get my furniture until February 2022 despite having paid in full and through NO FAULT OF MY OWN. It was explained to me that the furniture that was ordered from the wrong store was returned and then sold to another person. It is poor business to a paying customer to not make arrangements to have the furniture that was promised to them sent to them because of "policy."
I will not do business with this company unless they can correct this by having my furniture delivered to me and assembled as originally promised in December. I requested a full refund and will have to wait 7-10 business days to pick it up from the store.

Read moreThis was my first time ever shopping at American Signature furniture and what I thought started as a pleasant experience, turned into the worst. Dameon, the Salesman that assisted me did well. However, when it came to having my furniture delivered that was another story. My furniture was to be delivered on 4/4/25, however after staying off from work, at 12 noon I had not received any notification of delivery time. I had been calling the store since the day before to confirm time to ensure I was home however, I was unable to get anyone on the line. After calling multiple time on my set delivery date I finally got someone on the line all for them to tell me that a store hub was not attached to my order and because of this mistake that was done by the manager (Asia) I would not be receiving my delivery. I then asked to speak to the manager and was placed on a 30 minute hold which ultimately resulted in my going to the store in-person to get this sorted out. The manager was not empathetic at all on the mistake that she made and never took accountability. I was then given a new delivery date for one week later 4/10/25. 2.On 4/10/25 after taking off of work again, I still did not receive my furniture. After reaching out via phone this morning I received several excuses as to why I had not received a delivery time. Again, no empathy on mishaps made on their end but instead lies and runarounds. After first being informed that my furniture was not at the store, I received a call 30 mins later that my furniture was indeed at the store but that it cannot fit on the truck. I was then given a new delivery date for 2 days later. I expressed my frustration of being inconvenienced now 3 times and was still not shown any empathy nor accountability. I was told well if you want the furniture can you not wait 2 days.
Ultimately, I cancelled my order entirely due to the lack of professionalism and communication. Not once did the store ever reach out to me to notify me of any delays or disconnects, I had to call them and when I did call and ask why was I not notified, I was told that the "system" should have and they are not sure why it did not.
