Bjorn greeted me and my fiancee as soon as we entered the store. We were lucky and arrived at the store on a slow night. He attended to us as we tried each and every king sized medium mattress they had! We were ecstatic about the 90 day no interest option the store advertised and the BIG sale that was going on as well. We decided to utilize the 90 day option. There was no credit check, which helped since we were about to close on our home. Everything worked out great for us, except the fact that Bjorn did not tell us there was a fee to use the 90 day interest free option. At checkout, he said all we would have to pay that day was approximately $60. We thought it went toward the price of the mattresses (we ended up buying a king and a queen); however, we didn't find out until everything was processed that the $60 was the fee for the leasing company that offered the 90 day no interest payment option as well as the other payment options the store offered. So my advice is if you have great credit, which we did, do not use the 90 payment option, there shouldn't be a fee for this, either you have it or you don't. We both felt it was a tool used to harm and take advantage of those who don't have as good a credit score and don't want their credit run, but need mattresses and can afford a payment plan. Irked our nerves to the core, but we are happy thus far with the mattresses. I would buy mattresses from here again, I just believe all details should be divulged upfront regarding the terms of the payment options, and the fees should be stated as what they actually are and not made to seem like...

She took the time to explain the differences in the types of mattresses and listened to what I was looking for. Later that day I went back and the manager (at Mt.Zion) explained and assisted me in determining what pillow would work better. Because I am an overthinker and unsure, I visited the McDonough location the next day because I was in that area, the gentlemen there provided great customer service. The next day we made our way to the Stonecrest location because Ageyma was moved to this location and we were still unsure of which mattress to invest in. It took a total of 10 hours, 2 days [maybe a nap on one of the mattresses] and the great customer service that each of these individuals provided to come to our decision. A special thank you to Ageyma for assisting and being EXTREMELY patient, knowledgeable and a great asset to Mattress Firm. We have had our mattress for almost 3 months and have no regrets. When you hold Moss accountable his excuse is āIām sorry if you feel that wayā Thereās never any circumstance that warrants a sales associate (or manager in his case) to ever pacify and patronize someone with that form of response.. especially after trying to make a customer responsible for the lack of his delivery technicianās product training. If I knew about assembling beds and brackets then Iād be doing the job myself for my elderly father. Thatās what your associates are PAID to do. Not ignore phones calls, not carry on your day without following up with your customer and certainly NOT blaming your client for the lack of communication and due diligence to make that $1100 purchase right. Weāre in June almost July and I made my purchase on 2/19/21 yet when I call he either dodges me or has another associate pick up the phone to tell me that heāll call me back.. which NEVER happens.
