This may seem strange, but please understand that this is a pure customer service issue, and if this sort of thing matters to you, you will understand the "sting" behind this negative experience. I have been here before and had a good experience the first time. The service was quick and understandably expensive due to the nature of our request, but very good nonetheless. That was about a year ago! I revisited the store with my college sophomore/son recently because of my good experience prior ( you see..that's how it works - you come back for more when it is good) During my brief visit to the store, my son had his laptop out on the counter and was clearly on the phone. We were told that the tech has left the store momentarily and would be right back. He arrived while my son was trying to acquire the password from his mother (much to the annoyance of the man behind who suddenly appeared behind the counter)so that he could gain access for the repair. He decided to speak directly to my son who was clearly on a call!!! This is called playing silly games! What I hate is that he asked my son, "you need something?" in that precise manner. Clearly we were there for a purpose, and I was clearly standing next to him, available to answer any preliminary questions he may have for us, but noooo! He decided to fluster my young son, and proceed to walk off when he did not get an immediate response. So get the picture, He was hurrying my young son along (off the phone), deliberately indicating that he was annoyed at the fact that my son was on the phone, at the counter, wasting his time. To make it short, I expressed my annoyance to him, regarding his ill mannered choice to try to set my young son straight (there was no doubt he was trying to send a message), we had a small verbal exchange, he would not hear my grievance, he asked me to leave the store, no foul language or anything like that. ect... I am done...never going back there ever again. There are 1000 of these stores people so just know that you do not have to accept nasty attitude from individuals who either hate their place of employment, or hate the majority of their clientele that spend their hard earned money there. you see...That was clearly this mans problem, He clearly is unhappy to be there. He thought my son was just some punk, rude teen, and I was his half witted father who was not too far behind him. At least that was our perception, that was how he made us feel and when it comes to consumer relations perception is very much reality. I will never go...

I have never had such terrible customer service. I went in for a simple screen replacement. I noticed the touch screen wasn't working well and my screen would light up or go dark at random times. I had a 2 week old baby at the time so I wasn't able to immediately take my phone back in. Not even a month later my phone froze and then went black. After that it would not come back on. I took it back there and the guy working told me I just needed a system update and to take it to Apple. He also told me not to tell Apple they had did any work on my phone. Apple checked it out, tried to do a system update, and ran a diagnostic. It was determined to be the logic board. Apple opened it up and looked at it. They told me it had an after market sensor inside and more than likely my logic board was damaged when the screen was replaced. Unfortunately, I had my phone longer than a year or it would have still been under warranty. They instructed me to take it back to CPR since most places have insurance and will usually fix or replace the phone. I took it back and was told that since it was working when I left there was nothing they could do. I asked about the after market sensor since that wasn't even the repair that they was suppose to be doing. They said they didn't know anything about it. They tried a new screen to see if that was the issue which it wasn't. When they handed me my phone back they also informed me my screen was cracked again (even though it wasn't when I brought it back to them). I asked how it got cracked and their response was that it was already cracked when I brought it in & that they didn't know how it got cracked. So- now I am completely without a phone!
This location need to be shut down!!! The so called Manager āNas Syedā is the worse person to deal with! This man has been rude on the phone all day since Iāve been calling. I drove 45 minutes to this location to do a warranty replacement on a Zagg item. He greeted and spoke to me in a very unprofessional & condescending demeanor after ignoring my call several times when I was trying to locate the store inside the mall. I had to call from my other phone to get an answer. Then he refused to provide service because he said I had an attitude. He asked to see my screen and when I turned it, he yelled at me and said āread it out loud.ā So I looked at him and said āyou told me to turn the screen.ā He then threw his clipboard and pen and said āI donāt have it. Iām not helping you. Get out.ā
I asked for the store or district managerās information. He claimed he was the manager. I asked for his name and he aggressively grabbed a business card and wrote on it and threw it at me. When I asked for the corporate information, he then said it was on the card and told me if I want to call them I had to leave the store. I informed him the information wasnāt on the card and he said āthatās not my problemā and walked to the back. He then called security on me and lied on me! He told security I gave him attitude and looked at him as if he was speaking Spanish or Chinese. While he does have an accent I never was rude to him. He insisted that he didnāt want me in the store so I left. I have video recording of the terrible treatment I received and will be sure to post it to EVERY social media platform. DO NOT PATRONIZE...
