A few years ago it was an awesome place to find gear. Since they changed over its kinda iffy. If you're gear isn't top quality then they are going to pass on it. For the most part there prices are fair. I go in there for goalie equipment and honestly the past few times they had nothing. Most of goalie gear is youth sizes. Mix of new and old gear. Majority being youth sizes. Back in the day they had so much pads and wall space with gear. I'd have to walk by 3 to 4 times to make sure I didn't miss anything. I got my skates sharpen here a few months back. Bad mistake, the sharpen sucked, definitely rushed my skates. Besides that they do have a huge selection of other sporting gear so it's not the worst place to get used gear. I use to get annoyed when I'd be walking around looking for gear and that slow guy Bill would follow me and talk my head off. I get he's slow and all but buddy I'm looking, I'm on the hunt for goalie stuff I don't need you breathing down my neck. I haven't seen him in years so I don't know if he even works there or is at another...

I went looking for a used softball glove but I was throughly disappointed with the selection. Almost all of what they had was brand new and priced at well over $100. Additionally, a lot of the gloves they had on display were for left-handed people, which is great for people who can make use of those, but not for my purposes. I stared at the gloves for 10 minutes or so as a handful of employees joked around behind the counter. I definitely could have asked for help, but it also would have been nice if one of them had taken notice of me obviously looking for something I wasn’t finding. We love this place! The team members who work there are great; they always give good advice and give us several options to choose from. They are patient and attentive to their customers. You can choose new or used equipment and sports gear/ items. We also use the “trade in” option when you bring your kids used items (should be clean and in good condition) and they give you a store credit which you can apply towards the same day purchase (same day transaction only).
