Kushala Sip Coffee House — Restaurant in Stoneham

This was hands down the WORST coffee shop experience I've ever had.

First of all, the employees were incredibly rude. I waited 45 minutes for a single cup of coffee—and mind you, the shop was completely empty. No line, no rush, just a bunch of employees standing around chatting instead of doing their jobs. I had to ask the barista to please just finish my order so I could leave. Her response? She rolled her eyes, gave me attitude, and tossed the cup at me, nearly spilling hot coffee all over me.

And get this—the drink was missing the espresso. Yep. A coffee drink...with no actual coffee in it.

When I asked if she even put espresso in the cup, she didn’t look at me, didn’t answer, and walked away while talking crap about me in Spanish—which I understood. Classy.

As if that wasn’t enough, the cashier couldn’t even count change. I gave her money and coins to round up the total and she just handed the coins back and told me to give her more bills because she didn’t know what to do with them. Seriously?

The coffee was horrible. The staff was disrespectful. Nobody seemed to know how to make a basic cup of coffee or treat customers with even a shred of decency.

Avoid this place at all costs. There's no excuse for bad service when the shop is empty and all you're doing is standing around talking trash about customers. Absolutely disgraceful.

I will NEVEr recommend this place to anyone nor come back...

This was my first visit to Kushala Sip Coffee House but definitely not my last. It’s a must visit that provides exceptional coffee and culinary experience. Founded on a genuine passion for bringing people together through food and drink, this establishment has been a cornerstone in the Stoneham community since 2015. As a minority-owned and woman-run business, Kushala Sip is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion among both its employees and patrons.

Compliments to the amazing staff Lucy and Christina,who made our visit welcoming with their warm smiles and friendly atmosphere, they provided top-notch customer service! The range of delicious offerings is endless, from espressos to specialty mochas, refreshing iced tea with lemonade and delightful pastries. Whether you're starting your day with a muffin or enjoying a wrap, Kushala Sip Coffee House has something for everyone to savor.

i have ordered from this place through doordash twice and both times i had an overall good experience. the coffee is always hot due to the care the employees put into packaging it. i really love their mocha lattes. however, it is pretty clear that coffee is their strong suit (which makes sense). i really like their breakfast sandwiches, i have no issues with them. the pastries are also pretty good, however, i wish they could have been heated up. i do understand, however, that heating up a pastry then putting it in a bag could make the pastry soggy so i don’t have too much of an issue with it. today i ordered a chocolate croissant through doordash and they didn’t have one in stock, so when i got my order and opened it up, i saw a note that read “hi, sorry, we don’t have the chocolate croissant, just the chocolate muffin. sorry about that.” i then found out that they replaced the croissant with the chocolate chip muffin, which considering the options they had, i think this was a pretty good solution. i will definitely be buying...
