DM Appliance LLC — Local services in Stratford

My sister told me to go bc she frequently brought appliances there. I had a great time walking thru looking for dryers. The staff helped a lot, an ask place but good customer service. Il come back in a few months to give update status in the actual dryer I got. It was a scratch and dented GE 7.2cu ft electric dryer for $400. Im praying it works well bc we need it badly.

Update: the scratch and dented dryer was faulty so we returned for another dryer that cost slightly more and paid for it to be shipped to me Monday btwn 12pm-5pm. So Monday came and about 10mins to 5pm still no dryer. I called to see if they had an ETA and was told they don't deliver in rain. But I never received a phone call telling me. So wasted day. Next day.. same time range for delivery. About 4:30pm I called bc no one came again. I got no pick up. 2nd time, no pick up. 3rd try finally get a pickup. He says they're on way. Im figuring cool. An hour goes by, no one. I call again he seems surprised no one's come yet and will call me back. Another 40mins goes by, - no call, no nothing. I get dressed to leave the house bc again another day wasted, it's now close to 7pm. I'm heading out the door to run errands and the truck pulls up.

The guys were quick to get it in my basement nicely. And were courteous as well as apologetic. But still no explanation. Did they forget about me? Was there traffic? I have no idea. But I have the new dryer. So far, so good. I'll come back in another month with update.

Update: it's nearly end of January. The dryer works great still, no problems. We use it everyday, probably 4 loads a day minimal. Handles big loads,...

I bought a scratch and dent kitchen aid dishwasher. My receipt said 1 year manufacturers warranty. The bottom rack falls out trying to load or unload the DW. I called kitchen aid only to find out that there was no serial number on the unit. After calling DM they told me that the warranty was a store warranty. Scheduled a warranty repair. The repairman told me that the rack was not to be pulled out of the dishwasher to load or unload dishes. Never heard of such a ridiculous excuse in my life. I asked the people to leave as they clearly did not know what they are doing. Buyer beware. I would give a zero but there is no option for that....

After looking at many appliances stores , I was refer here by a friend . The prices was way less than other locations I visited. The stove I purchased was over$ 300 less then what Home Depot had it. It’s es still in its original package and had small dent . Super happy with the purchased and will continue to buy appliances for my others apartments here. Owner and the staff are...
