Subway — Restaurant in Stratford

The worst customer service ever! I paid with my two different gift cards at this Subway, and the cashier TOLD ME that my remaining balance was dollar and change, however, when I paid the remaining balance with my credit card, Nemesis who doesn't know how to use register charged the whole thing on my credit card. The next day when I went to talk to a manager, Athena argued with me that in her 10 years of experience the owner never had refund anyone. I asked her to check footage from the CCTV camera they have and she told me that she will talk to the owner about that and will call me back. I never received a call from anyone, neither any refund. THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE AN OPTION...

I came here with my Husband Saturday June 8th at 4pm. We walked in and no one was in the front. We had to wait for awhile before anyone came out of the back to serve us. It was only one female working and she was really really slow. It took her over 10 minutes just to make 2 sandwiches. We also saw a spider on the pepper jack cheese so we didn't get it and warned the next customers behind us. She then tried to stuff 2 sandwiches into 1 bag, smashing both of them in the process so we had to ask her to put them into separate bags. Slow and bad service here Saturdays around 4pm, with a spider on the pepper jack cheese. We won't be coming back to this...

Pretty pathetic experience. I asked for some extra black olives, she moved her hand to the container and put it back over my grinder but yet maybe put one or two pieces on my sub. I asked her three more times because there was nothing going on my grinder. The last time she said they’ll be an extra up charge because this is four times the amount we normally put on. Literally there was no more on it than the first time she did it. Paid for my grinder then asked for the key for the bathroom so I can wash my hands. She said they haven’t opened their bathroom since the beginning of Covid. Seriously? The world is opening up folks. Don’t waste your time...
