Took my laptop in for diagnostics on why it would not power up. I performed basic but needed a professional to do a deeper one. They had my laptop 24hrs but did not go any gather then I did. Implied they did not have the tools to do a deep diagnostic. Suggested to me pay more money on parts when they did not test those parts on my laptop.
