So around 6pm I pull into line with 5 cars. 2 cars in front of me to order and thinking...not too bad. 5 minutes into it I start reconsidering. Too late. Several cars had pulled in behind me. I finally get to place order and they tell me, "sorry our register is down and we have to hand write orders. I think this meant the cook time doubled too.

Felt bad for the guy taking my money for the order after I got to the window. He kept apologizing for the wait. He had to take money to front register and cash out in between customers orders inside.

Meanwhile, the mgr or somebody sounded like they were on the phone with tech support. Kept sliding that window shut as to shut off the outside noise or keep her convo in, smh.

35 minutes later, I'm finally pulling out of the parking lot, and I'm wondering if these chicken rolled tacos were worth the wait... ummm nah, but... still smashed them though. If I had a truck I would have driven over the curb and chose an alternative. Instead I sat stagnant, moving at a snail's pace just to have people behind me honk because I didn't gun it to move up a car length.

Moral of this story is, don't get in that lane unless you're fully committed, 100% ALL IN, or DON'T DO...

Please everyone, look at your money before handing it to the cashier. There is a kid working there stealing customers money and tendering it in the cash register as more so that you get no change back and he pockets it. He is currently running the windows it is 6:45 pm on Friday Sept 27. This kid is sneaky and needs to be reported immediately. There is a manager there aswell that is allowing this to happen. Please becareful everyone. Pretending you are taking a picture of your bill before handing it over so you have proof of what you handed. Just trying to look out. I am a single mother he did this too successfully and I just witnessed him do it again to my friend who called him out on it and due to him being a man, he immediately apologized and gave the money back. Went to the drive thru and ordered my food with three cars in front and waited 17 minutes in line. The car in front had a mobile order because i heard her say it. When she got up too window there was another 4 minute wait which i do not understand. I thought mobile orders should be quicker. When i got up to window i made a comment about being so slow and the cashier Johnnie got offended and began to mouth off. I advised i was going to talk with someone about the service and some other male came up to window in an aggressive manor is something a matter. Then the whole entire crew started laughing at me and said go ahead and call someone. Well i called corporate and we will see. I looked at a lot of reviews for this store and they have a problem with customer service. By the way when i got home, the mexican pizza shell was burnt....
