I would've gave this theater 5 stars I loved this theater dearly I've been super supportive to them for 3/5 years and I saw 34 movies in 2024 and alot of my money went to them and has gone to them but a couple months ago there was a situation there I dated a worker there and it didn't work out at first I'd go there see her and i would go about my day and ignore her no issues then couple weeks later they falsely accused me of verbal harassment witch I never did and I was in crutches at the time so why would i when someone could clearly kick my ass easy if i talked crap, i wanted to talk to the manager about this and was hoping she could figure something out but I walked in one day and talked to her she said that I harassed two other coworkers my ex and another guy worker who i didn't even know what he looked like untill the manager described him that's all I knew I didn't even know his name nor did I know he worked there I was pissed no issues for 3 years but when my ex dumped me there's drama with another guy, really? The manager said she saw the cameras but she's full of it, she has been nothing but cocky, smart and rude not just to me but my friends that I now have to go there with, I will not go alone. To avoid drama this is ridiculous I hope this stops soon I still enjoy the movies but I only go now maybe once a month unlike before I went maybe every other week I am truly devastated because I have no issues with ANY onther worker there they were all super nice to me but I gotta watch what I do now otherwise I'll get kicked out for absolutely nothing I'd still recommend this theater to anyone However this is just my experience i hope me and the management can settle something but I don't see that happening anytime soon ill spend my money...

I had a horrible experience with a cashier at Sturgeon Bay Cinema. She was extremely rude and condescending. She overcharged me twice and when I questioned the charges and explained to her that I was overcharged she said "Well I am not a mind reader, I didn't know you were paying for children." Also, she did inform me that it was a 3D movie until after she charged my card and she did not give us the glasses. We had to go back up and request the glasses. Furthermore, she must have charged me for a refill cup without letting me know. She first attempted to say she would offset the charge if I was planning on getting concessions but even after, I couldn't understand all the amounts. Following the movie I compiled all the receipts and found out that I was charged four adult tickets and I also still paid for concessions.

Instead of offering to refund the incorrect amount she then proceeded to say that I had told her 4 which I certainly did not. Then she offered a free movie ticket for another visit instead of refunding my card. l am not one to write bad reviews but I do not want other people to experience this and I hope management addresses this. I honestly was in shock with the mistreatment and since I had my niece and daughter there I was not about to argue with her. I am a Showroom Manager myself and would not allow my employees to treat customers this way. NO ONE should be...

Came here to see Twisters with my friend, at first we thought the movie theater looked really cool and liked that it wasn’t too huge! The staff was pretty patient waiting for us to order snacks, everything was fine til we got to the actual theater itself. There was a piece of black film just hanging down the screen, right in the middle. Other people saw it and we thought they would move it before the movie but no. Another customer went back to ask and they told him they can’t do anything about it, and upon another question they told him “Deal with it”. We were at the last showing so they definitely had know it was on the screen prior to us buying the tickets.
