Have been going here for about 3 years to have my nails done. Sarah the nail tech is wonderful and does great work. Unfortunately the owner is a jerk. I had a credit on file to use and he was argumenitive and rude when I tried to schedule a nail app for an upcoming party. Which he canceled at the last minute on me. In a nut shell he told me since I only come in a couple times a year, not caring that I've been a customer for years, that I'm not a good enough customer for him to care about and that justfiied him arguing with me. When I showed up I was told I didn't have an appointment and I must be at the wrong place, when I had their number still right in my phone log from when I called.
