Thank you to Mrs Joan and Mrs Kody for their kindness and help in assisting us on our first trip without our mother and grandmother. They made it all much smoother than we had anticipated .

The rental process was seamless and our unit was both clean and well layed out . It provided the most picturesque view of Grandfather Mountain and made the perfect backdrop for beginning and ending our days .

Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to come here. The manager will charge for additional money $150 out of no reason after a week.. if you use the towel, they will ask you for $50. The carpet from last century doesn’t look well, they will charge you for $50. If there is no WiFi and you contact them, no one responds. Because they are so busy charging other people’s money. cody, good for you… Yikes！

This is a family owned business. We have used their service for many years. They do their best to accomodate their renters to their situation. We heard they were adding online booking which is fantastic and more convenient for us and our friends. I know during certain seasons they offer great specials.
