We took our kids bike here to have a new chain to be installed . When we get the bike home we find that the entire front brake system was removed . Hardware - Lines and pads . All gone . No one at any point communicated with me about this . Before it was done , or after ! They just did it . We found out by chance after we took the bike home . Remind you , We took the bike in for a chain to be installed. We were able to get all the parts and hardware back and reinstalled which is good . The man said the pads were bad and they didn’t make them anymore . Which is false . I found them online no problem . But to remove the entire system and not communicate at ANY point that you did so is absurd. As well as keeping everything they removed and not giving it back to be .It’s a huge safety issue that they created as well as very unprofessional and dishonest . In Banner Elk for a week getting some riding in. Broke my shifter cable finishing up my ride yesterday. Call Headquarters to see if it would be possible to get my ride fixed, would have take an act of congress at home! Not only did they say they could get it in without any issue. Went back to the resort and wow text came in less than two hours, it was ready! Can’t say enough to thank these guys for getting my rig back at it so fast....
