Royce's TV Sales and Service — Local services in Suitland

I called Royce to take my TV for repair. I waited until they were opened and called on a Saturday to make sure I was going to the right location. I called twice and wasn’t made aware I needed to have cash. I unload my TV and Royce had his assistant to help me get that TV in the shop. So I see a sign that says you have to leave a non refundable $60 deposit. Fine but he wanted cash, because his debit/ credit card machine didn’t work. Sadly that’s not my fault nor do most people carry cash unless you are made aware in advance which I wasn’t. Royce wanted me to go to an ATM to get cash and come back for him to check out the TV. I refused and I took my TV and was able to get Rafael to come to my house pick up my TV repair it and return my repaired TV the same day! Don’t patronize this business unless you have cash on hand to pay for services. Sadly he seemed like he didn’t care about whether he got your business or not. Find another TV service repair shop for better service and customer service! I have never posted a review but the horrible customer service experience I received was worthy...

I called for an in home estimate and paid the $55. The repair guy said he would follow up with me and come back with another worker for further diagnostic testing. It has been about a month now with no return. I keep calling and the guy says that he is still trying to get a hold of another guy to assist him ? This company has only one man working all the jobs whom is clearly overwhelmed. When the guy was at my house his cell phone was constantly going off with people calling about repairs. Now when I try to call the phone calls are going to his personal cell phone which his voicemail is now filled up and you can't leave a voicemail. I just give up! I'm out of my $55 deposit. I will just trash my TV and buy new one. Hard...

Royce's TV sales and repair service is awesome! Mr. Royce is very nice, very knowledgeable, and very honest! He tells you just like it is. If it can be fixed he'll let you know. If it can't be fixed and it's not worth your time and money he will let you know that as well. And to top it all off, his prices are super reasonable!
