Registered my account online without a problem and received an email from Kinek/ Letterlock with my account information. When my order arrived at the location I did not receive a phone call or email. When I called Letterlock myself the girl who answered the phone was rude. She told me the had a lot of orders to be filled and I shouldn’t expect to hear anything from them for a while. I told her I had already been waiting and that I got a notice from the company I ordered it from that it there. I had to make her look up my package to tell me it was there. She said they had no info on file, when I asked if I could update my info she said no, they don’t have any internet. What a joke! Poor customer service. Will use another mail forwarding service...

I've been using letterlock for Amazon packages for a couple months and have had no problems. It's easy and cheap and I really appreciate it! All the employees have been friendly and helpful. My only issue is the parking situation. The lot on the left side is a nightmare to enter and exit as there is a somewhat drastic dip and I've scraped the bottom of my car multiple times even though I'm trying to be slow and careful. There's currently a very large deep puddle in the middle of the lot as well. I think the lot on the right is open for customers but it's not clear. Some signage would really help and if customers are meant to park on the left you've got to do...

I've used this place for years but things have seemed to go downhill and I'm now switching to a different company to pick up my U.S. packages. First, the rates have gone up, I was charged $5.50 USD for a small package ($7.55 CND) which is more than other companies nearby. They don't notify me when my packages arrive, and if you include the Kinek number they charge more and it's still hit or miss if the package is registered/marked as arrived. Also, their hours are not good: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and not open Sat or Sun makes it very difficult to get there on time to get the package.
