Hi My name is Monika and I have been a customer of Package Express for about 4 years, I come in, pay, take my stuff and leave. So far so good but the past weekend I had a bad experience. I was in a big hurry and forgot my wallet, unfortunately for me I just noticed at the counter after having waited at crazy border line ups. You can imagine my frustration at myself... I did have a small hope though that Package Extress could help me solve this problem. That "gentleman" at the counter was not helpful at all. I asked him to consider one of these options:
I asked if they could take a credit card over the phone from my husband ( I could have had my husband send me a picture on my iphone with his ID and the credit card to prove it was not a scam) but the guy said NO then I asked how about an etransfer? NO how about I pay next time? NO how about I sign up online with direct credit card payment ? NO, would take too long and we're closing can I talk to a supervisor? NO he's not available, and basically he turned his back on me. I did have $5 and said I would like to at least pick one of the packages up because it contained a toddler bed and I needed it that night for a sleep over, he said I ca't choose, he would just give me one
Luckily there was a nice Canadian lady there and she paid for everything, I sent her the money via online banking right then and there. Now I know they don't HAVE to help me, after all I am the one that messed up but ... he was not even WILLING to be of any help so, I am cancelling my...

To use them as a middle man to get some merchandise from the US, why US companies don't make everything available to Canadians is something I don't understand. I made a small purchase and had it shipped to Package Express, they were helpful when I inquired about my package and were pretty quick on getting me a quote to get my package sent to me. Was pretty quick considering it was shipped just before Christmas, so thanks Package Express, I got my product and will definitely recommend you to other Canucks looking to get their hands on American only items :) I was really hesitant on the process but it was pretty simple, I figured if somehow it didn't work out, I could take a $150 hit haha, but everything is good. While some aspects of life have gotten more complex or complicated, you guys have succeeded in tailoring your operation quite seamlessly into something almost invisible. It's rather nice to not notice your service much (except for when referring people who ask, LoL) as that just means you have no drama in the system to trigger notice.
How often do you really think about electric service? It's become ubiquitous but for the very rare times we miss it.
