Freilers is a great place to purchase and have home appliances like washing machines and dryers serviced. Their prices are very competitive for the area, and they also have a limited selection of used equipment for those in a hard spot or just looking to save a buck. They perform home service calls in the local area as well. The only issue I've experienced here is an understandable one. As a small, locally owned business they sometimes get behind and you'll experience a greater than expected wait time for services like home repair. Bought a new freezer there that didn’t work, no refunds .

I recently purchased a freezer from this company, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been as positive as I’d hoped. When I encountered issues with the product, I learned that refunds or replacements aren’t part of their policy. While I understand that every business has its rules, I felt that the rigid approach left little room for addressing genuine customer concerns. I believe there’s an opportunity here for the company to revisit their policies or customer service approach to better support those who encounter issues. I had wrote a much longer and more detailed Comment for this business but it didn't upload.

I took my washer in to get it repaired and was told it was a transmission issue and me having a healthy skepticism of things as most to do nowadays the lady was super nice to show me how they could tell the transmission was out. They also helped me when I decided to purchase a new one and we're super accommodating through the whole process and even the young men that delivered it were respectful of my home and I appreciate that!

I certainly recommend this place to anyone needing and appliance repair...
