I am so disappointed in the delivery of my refrigerator. This started out to be a great sale. The owner gave me a good price and I was very happy. It was an hour or so before closing time and they said it would be delivered on that very day. Great I thought. When the delivery came the delivery guy, whom stated he was the manager stated he did not have any tools in his position. My husband stated that he could use his. As they proceeded to bring in the refrigerator in it became difficult to get through the doorway. The Manager stated to his helper "push." When they finally pushed through my refrigerator was scratched beyond repair and the door prop handle was mash down against the door. My husband had to fix our door. The Manager took pictures of the refrigerator and stated that he would call us next week with a replacement door. I said ok. I called them on Wednesday and I was told by Jessica that they were not responsible for the damage and I would have to take it up with the delivery company. When I ask the name she said she could not tell me nor could she give me the deliveryman phone number. She stated she would have him call me. Later that day a man called identified himself as the owner. He ask for the model number and would get back to me. He did a few minutes later and stated the model was discontinued. He stated he was disappointed in the delivery of the refrigerator and that was it. Now I'm contemplating my next step. I'm so disappointed. I'm not sure if the man that contacted me was really the owner. Was this the deliveryman impersonating the owner? SHAME ON YOU...
Read moreBuyer beware went in looking for a set that could handle comforters and told Jessica(Toms wife)that. That was my only concern and didn’t mind paying extra if needed. Was sold a Maytag Bravos XL set. After calling to have Tom come out to look at the wash bc it started throwing error codes he informed me that I didn’t need to worry about the warranty time limit.. that he likes to take care of his customers. After multiple attempts to wash comforters and they came out dry and unwashed… I started looking up the serial numbers online. I was sold a regular sized W/D but paid for an XL version. Receipt and contract also says XL which is FALSE ADVERTISING. The old bait and switch. I reached out to tom again 2 months after purchasing only to be told I was outside of my warranty. Also that she was the one who made a mistake and she’s human. Yea I get it but fix your mistake. Your customers shouldn’t have to pay for your mistakes. I was told he would get back to me if he had something that I could swap it out for that was an XL. Never responded to me afterwards and the exact set I orig wanted was posted on their site a week later. He could have easily swapped out the set I bought for the set he had on site at the time that is what I thought I paid for. But they don’t care once they have your money. They come off friendly and willing to actually help their customers but is quite the opposite. Now I’ll need to find another set that is what I was looking...
Read moreI bought a set from this place last year. Both pieces ended up having to be fixed within a month of purchase. Which was a pain- but they offered to fix. We appreciated that. They left us a loner washer that had an issue (a weak/cracked piece on it) that would eventually break with long term use. Then never returned our phone calls to get our original washer back. Months go by with no response. The loner machine’s plastic part finally gives out. Had to reach out on Facebook to get a response. I’m not sure who runs their Facebook but they’re very unprofessional and rude. The communication we received around an issue was unprofessional and unfriendly. Should’ve just bought new, not worth the headache. I also have my husbands phone records where we contacted the phone number on your website multiple times in August. There were originally cracks in the liners lid. No one in our household uses the washer in any other way that would damage it? We open it to wash clothes- and put it back down to start the washer. Normal use. It’s clearly an issue with the lid- you don’t have to take accountability for that it’s clearly a manufacturer issue. However- your poor customer service and accusatory attitude you should learn from. Very...
