I ordered a pizza and 3 cans of pineapple Pepsi on the app. When arriving at the store, I wasn't greeted with any hellos or welcoming remarks, but only this employee telling an older gentleman that his pizzas would take 20 minutes each. She was very rude to him and I had a feeling that maybe she was having a rough day (trust me I get it). My pizza was in the portal ready, but my drinks weren't there, of course, so the same woman asked me what I wanted, and I responded with my 3 cans of pineapple Pepsi. She then told me to get them out of the cooler in the lobby, but there weren't any in there and that's what I told her. She then told me that they were out and I responded that I would just take a refund since they didn't have what I wanted. She then very rudely told me they don't give refunds, which I didn't believe. so I asked for a manager or supervisor, any other person than her honestly because she was very rude and unapologetic. She then told me she was the manager, which I knew was a lie because any manager would be able to give a refund or make something right for the customer. Anyways, during this argument, I then saw that in the cooler behind the counter that there were 3 pineapple Pepsis! perfect! right? wrong. When I pointed them out, she then told me "Those are just displays, they are empty". Another lie obviously but I played along. I asked for her name to report her to her actual manager or store owner, but she declined and told me the general manager's name was on the door like that was going to do me any good. As I was about to leave, I then challenged her statements about the fake sodas, the ones she said were empty, I said "Show me If those are empty, and if you're right I'll just leave" but then she goes to grab them, shakes them, there was obviously soda in them, so I said to just give me what I paid for. She then proceeded to give me only 2, but I bought 3, and she knew that so I asked her to go ahead and give me the third soda that I paid for. She did but slammed it on the counter. As I was leaving, she then told me she would remember me and cancel any orders with my name on them. I scoffed at that as if I would even dare to come back.
I honestly can't believe a grown woman, a leader in the store, would act like this. If she was having a power trip, or if she just wanted the Pepsis for herself, I do not know.
Furthermore, cruising the Google reviews of this store, there are PLENTY bad reviews that I'm sure include...
Read moreThe manager of this location is actively stealing from hard working Uber drivers. His scheme is to offers to pay for his employees an Uber home. The Uber drivers will pick up the employee, take them home, and be paid like any normal trip.
However, after 9 days but before 10 days, the manager contacts Uber support. He claims that the trip taken 9 days ago did not happen because the Uber driver took the wrong person on the trip he paid for. His evidence is that his phone never makes the trip to the address listed on the trip; however, the drivers take his employees to exactly where the trip specifies which can be corroborated with the driver's GPS data.
There is video evidence of 2 occasions of the 5 times we know about for this scam. Uber refuses to act because any trip cannot be altered after 10 days. The manager waits 9+ days to contest the trip as well as waiting until after 1am each time to decrease the likelihood of the Uber driver being able to contest this false refund because Uber refuses to act in any way after 10 days of the initial trip.
As a customer, I would be very, very cautious with your financial information at this location which, hopefully is the only location this particular manager works at.
There are currently 5 drivers that have all agreed that this isn't about the money as much as it is about stopping future incidents. They have agreed to donate any and all recovered stolen revenue to charity.

Read moreA few friends and I had plans to have a nice homemade dinner of chicken and asparagus tonight, but our 86lb german shepard decided he wanted to eat ALL of the chicken the second we step out of the kitchen. Oh well, there's a little Caesar's just a few miles from home, and they closed at 10:00, no worries, right? But wait! It was 9:54!!! By God and some impressive driving by my bro, we made it. We arrived the little Caesars just a minute before their closing time hoping(but doubtful) that we weren't to late to get a couple of pies. Not only did we get two FRESH MADE "extra most bestest" pizzas, the awesome staff hooked us up with extra garlic butter, parmesan & ground red peppers on the pizza! The staff was very friendly and more than happy to accommodate us. I was pleasantly surprised! The pizzas are delicious too! The amazing customer service demonstrated tonight blew me away. Above and beyond, lil' Caesar. Y'all keep up the good work!
