The only reason I give 1 star and not 0 stars is because of the Parts Department, they have been excellent. I have worked a couple of times with Philip, he is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, can’t say the same for the Shop Service Department. I’ve called 5 times over two days. Each time I get transferred by the receptionist the call goes directly to voicemail. The receptionist has transferred me to different numbers to try and make contact, but still unable to talk with a person. I can understand that people are busy and can’t always answer a phone call.
