I had a terrible experience with Tweedle Beedle. I ordered two large Jellycat plush toys through their online store, expecting brand-new and authentic items. What I received was completely unacceptable ā both toys were covered in dust and missing the official Jellycat swing tags, which are essential for verifying authenticity.
I contacted the owner immediately, and instead of offering a refund or even an apology, I was told to use a lint roller to clean them myself. The only return option was at my own expense, and only for store credit ā no refund allowed.
Worst of all, their restrictive return policy was not disclosed before purchase. I only learned about the āstore credit onlyā policy after receiving the defective items.
I paid over $400 and got dusty, questionable merchandise with no fair way to resolve it. Extremely disappointing experience.

You say that your return policy is posted online, but I did not see any clear notice during the purchase process that returns are for store credit only, or that you would not accept returns for items in poor condition. That policy should have been presented clearly before payment.
I have reached out to my credit card company, Jellycat customer service, and consumer protection authorities. This is not just about dust ā itās about receiving incomplete and misrepresented merchandise, and being denied a fair refund.
If you truly value customers, I hope you will reconsider your return and refund practices, and stop selling items as ābrand newā when they are missing tags or not in...
