Took a star off only because I just moved here from a place where the closest Starbucks was 30 min away, therefore, unlike every other white chick, I don't have the menu memorized. I decided last minute that I wanted a coffee and breakfast on my way home. I pulled into the drive through and there was a very nice man ready to take my order. I ask for a menu and he didn't have one. He nicely asked what I'm in the mood for... Well that depends on what you have! He told me to drive to the speaker where there was a menu there. I drove up and... What in the world!? The menu is past the speaker box and not even facing me! 🤔 I have pretty darn good vision and couldn't read the last panel of the menu with the food that looked delicious. If I drove up enough to see it, I would have had to open the door to yell back my order. I couldn't back up because, since it's Starbucks, there was already a huge line behind me. So, I didn't order food, just my coffee. The coffee was great, the employees were great, no complaints there! Just something for management to think about. Unless I am the only white chick who doesn't have the menu memorized and it wouldn't be worth moving the menu for just me, I would highly suggest putting the menu in front of the speaker box or at least angle it towards the driver.

Read more5:45am I placed an order via my app for a nitro cold brew. After waiting in the drive through for 14 minutes, I was greeted at the window with an incorrect order. When we cleared that mix-up the barista asked if they could make me something else since their machine was broken. I said no, but why would it let me order that if it's not available. The barista then got hateful and said it shows not available in my end. Wrong response...I simply asked a question and then asked for a refund. Your barista then got very indignant with me and then said "I know you're upset Christina but I don't like your attitude"..... Let me be very clear, I did not have an attitude and that was very upsetting to be spoken to like that at 6:04 in the morning. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the barista was. I did not warrant that verbal attack and start my day like that over coffee. I will NEVER return to this location. I was on a phone call that morning and they had to experience it with me. I was stunned and sick to my stomach thinking about the interaction and will go to any other Starbucks but that one in the future. The person on my call was just as stunned. I asked her to glass water. I never ordered a bottle of water so I asked her my money back. She Talk to a worker and the worker is very disrespectful. She asked me if I ordered a bottle I say no I just want the money back and she say but there’s a little money and I respond but is my money and she told me is a policy Starbuck can’t Return your money just store credit?
