I have been dealing with this company for about 2 years. I am a single mother and I lost my job due to covid. The only thing that is left is interest on this furniture that Toby so happily "sold" me (it is the fine print you have to look out for). They have ruined my credit, my future, and I get phone calls every single day from Mitchell, trying to ask for more money, when I have ZERO income coming in and only owe interest to this company. I am ashamed that I did business with them. I went to high school with one of their employees and I am absolutely, as a 32 year old, white, single mother of a little girl, EMBARASSED at the situation that they allowed me to get set up into. I will NEVER do this again. They still proceed to call me 4-5 times a day, and have for the last year, and NOW, they have started harassing my parents, as well. Thank you Sumter Discount. For a bed suit and a couch and for the $3,000 you made off of interest lining up because I can not currently afford the payments anymore.

I love this store and the entire staff!!! Bought a king bedroom group set, living room set, formal dining room set, and a dinette set for over $7K (could have easily cost over $10K had I shopped somewhere else). Matt Hugh (the store manager), was highly professional, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He gave recommendations when asked but never pressured nor rushed me into buying anything. He entertained me during my first and second visits though I did not make any purchase then and just checked out the store. He even offered to come to my house to fix one of the dresser drawer that was stuck and would not fully open (thay's how awesome he is, and to think that he is the store manager himself). I also asked him for his suggestion as far as what kind of furniture pieces/option do I have to fill an empty and odd corner in my living room (he was more than happy to give his advise/opinion). His delivery staff was also great and each personnel conducted himself with extreme professionalism and in a very polite manner. I am extremely happy and satisfied with Discount Furniture and highly recommends them to everyone for an enjoyable furniture...

I purchased a couch & loveseat from Discount Furniture & couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They didn’t have what I wanted on the floor so I chose from their Internet service. They worked with me on pricing and measured the height to make sure it would work for me since I have a hard time getting up from the couch. I needed it to be a certain height from the floor. When I received the couches I was in shock at how beautiful they looked! And they are very comfortable. After a few weeks I had an issue with one of the couches and they came out right away to look at it. They kept me posted each step of the way in trying to resolve the issue . They are willing to take it back to fix it. Being new to the area as I just moved here from Pennsylvania I was hesitant taking a chance on buying something without actually seeing it feeling it and sitting on it! However I have never seen a couch this beautiful. Nor have I ever felt this type of fabric before. Since I moved here with no furniture I will be buying all of my furniture from “discount furniture” in Sumter. I would highly recommend...
