Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Sumter

If you live anywhere outside of big city limits, or have parents that do, you need to visit Tractor Supply. They have baby chicks in right now!!! They all looked so warm, clean, and happy chirping and cheeping away. They also have a really nice garden selection that comes in the spring as well. Year round, they have oodles of dog food and supplies, also stuff for cats, horses, deer, and people! Vaccines, dewormer, grooming stuff... They have cowboy boots, clothes, toys, housewarming surcies and then lots of farm tools and hardware. Wild animal traps.. I got one of my dog's shots here and gave them all to her myself for about half the cost it would have been at the vet. You can get them all but the Rabies vaccine here, the vet or humane society does that. Msny places have a law that your pets must have thier rabies vaccine. Most Humane Societies do 1 or 2 with a spaying/neutering for free!!! If not free, then it's still only around $20 for the fixing and rabies there. So if you don't have much money but want the best for your pets, you can let the HS do those, then get the other few...

Called ahead of time to ask the person in charge if I could return an oil filter that was the wrong size for my truck. Lost the receipt and asked if I could get store credit and the lady said they could do it and wouldn't be a problem.. 45 minutes later me and my fiance went to tractor supply and went to the cashier line and told the cashier that I had called previously and was questioned about my oil change and the Make and model of my truck . He took forever and called a guy manager to help him put the credit on the card and then accused of lying and that we never spoke to the lady manager and accused us of stealing the oil filter cause I didint have the receipt. Demanded that my fiance showed proof that we even had an oil change done. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. My fiance to speak to the manager and to find out who we could make a complaint to and was told that they dont give out that information. I'll never step foot in any tractor supply store again. You guys should know who works for you and how they treat customers cause your going to be losing a lot...

I love Tractor Supply I buy all my dog food 100Lbs. a month and my chicken feed 200 Lbs. They have everything you may need for your dogs/cats, horses , cattle, goats, pigs , poultry and game birds. Most of the time when I have a question or I ask for best product for the issue I have and I recive great advise a few times the person working just blew me off and did not help. That's only happened twice. They have a wide variety of items , the clothing , boots are well made and look good. Also if something is not in stock or you need something they will specail order it. Also a mobile Veterinarian is their every other Saterday 20$ rabies vaccination now that's a great savings the Veterinarian also does testing among other dog/cat care. The dog food and chicken feed I buy is a very good price the best price I have found. However Tractor Supply has high prices on other Live Stock items and pet care. The work boots /boots clothing is $$ The Tractor Supply has a lot of real cool items I just have to try and wait for things to go on clearance when they do everything goes fast. I recommend...
