9/6/25: second chance. We Stopped in here at seven forty five On thus saturday night. We were first in li e at the hostess station, it took 4 minutes for a server to greet us.
There were 3 housetops available in the bar area. However , he stated that there was no bar seating available and it would be a minute while he cleaned the booth. After a 10 minute, wait with him nowhere to be seen, we left.
This is consistently the worst one Buffalo Wild Wings I think i've ever been to. The service is absolutely horrible.
12/2024: we stopped in here after the granddaughters christmas presentation at church and there was five of us. There were quite a few available tables for our party; however, perhaps they were short-staffed. We had to wait for the next available party to leave and the table to get cleaned, making it about a thirty five minute with a five year old. There was no seating in the waiting area although there used to be not sure where the benches went, so we stood the whole time.
We were then seated and our waiter Matt came out quickly and took our bar order, as well as our appetizer order. The beer took about ten minutes to make it to the table, and the appetizers followed not very long afterwards. By this time, we had already placed our food order.
We ordered the fried pickles, and we ordered potato wedges covered in cheese. The fried pickles were great. There was a ranch dressing that they came with. However, we preferred the house sauce. The potato wedges with cheese were good, but i'm not a huge fan of carbs.
The food arrived and three of us who were drinking draft beer, ordered a second round. The guys got their beer. But since my glass was over half full, the bartender walked my beer out to state that she would not be allowed to serve me because I could not have two beers sitting in front of me but she would keep an eye.And once I was below half on my first beer, she would send the second draft out. She absolutely did that.
Most people got wings and I ordered some with the mango. Habanero, which is usually fire fire fire. However today it was mild. The flavor was good.I was just looking for the punch. I also ordered a black bean burger, which came out way overdone, and the edges were so crispy, they could not even be chewed.
The service for matt definitely gets a five stars. Was a little disappointed in the bartenders unwillingness, to allow two beers to sit in front of me, but I do understand the law, i think her explanation could have been how much softer. Wings were good sauce. Was moderate?Black bean burger was not good.
The bathrooms, however, were clean; the atmosphere was great - it's a sports bar so if you love sports, it's a good place.
We don't have a lot of options in the small town we live in so definitely will try this one again, giving them a couple of years to try to get it a little bit more together.
2019 : My friend and I wanted to catch the Predators hockey game here. We walked in and it smelled like an old bar mat. The Pred game was only on 1 TV at the side of the restaurant. I am sure they would have changed any of the bar TVs but the unpleasant smell killed the vibe...
Read moreI wish I had something good to say about this place..
I would mention the employees names throughout this review, but none of the staff introduced themselves nor did they wear name tags.
We waited at the front door to be seated and the hostess walked by without greeting us or welcoming us in to let us know that we will be seated soon, rather she walked past and held a finger up to us.
Our table was disgusting when we first sat down and had to ask for someone to clean it. Instead of wiping our table down, she brought us napkins to clean it ourself. There were only a few people dining but somehow the staff weren’t able to keep up with the cleanliness of the tables. The menus given to us were sticky and gross covered with unidentified food and drink. Maybe they just happened to overlook this? We had to ask for new ones and this seemed to be the standard throughout our visit. The A/C was blowing so cold we were shivering and definitely didn’t help keep the food warm.
Our waitress arrived and asked us what we wanted to drink and if we were ready to order. So, we put in for the fried pickles and a doctor pepper to start. The drinks came out extremely watery and syrupy.. I’m not sure I even want to know the condition of the soda machine at this point. The fried pickles took 40 minutes to get to the table and were room temperature, soggy, and undercooked. There’s no telling how long they sat in the window waiting for the waitress to run them as she did not check on us since taking our drink orders. Another one of the employees seemed to be hiding out in the Togo area for the entire duration of our visit, instead of helping clean the lobby or help run food that’s ready.
The waitress lost our ticket and forgot half of our order. She walked past our empty glasses countless times even after asking for a refill. She was talking on her phone right next to our booth and sitting at a table across the dining room looking at her phone. She decided to vacuum all around the tables nearby ignoring the dirty plate and empty cup needing refilled on our table. She proceeded to vacuum under our table while we’re sitting there trying to eat and even hit my foot with the vacuum, and said nothing.
All of the food that was supposed to be hot was either room temperature or cold. Our main course came out cold as if they also had been sitting in the window waiting for the server. The wings were very dry and dark with a strong taste of old fryer oil. The hatch queso was awkwardly watery and separated, had a thick layer of cheese goop, and a scoop of watery salsa on top. The chips that accompanied the queso were cooked subpar, but also had that dirty fryer oil taste to them. There was a slight fishy taste to the burnt and cold cheeseburger with a nice side of cold French fries.
This was Buffalo Wild Wings last chance to impress me, I don’t know that they could have set the bar any lower. Please save yourself a trip, time, and your money and DO...
Read moreWARNING TO ANYONE PAYING WITH A CARD HERE!!! WATCH VERY CLOSE Saturday June 2nd-me, my husband & our 15 month old came here for dinner around 7-720ish. We were seated by a man (I forgot his name) he was older, bald & had a beard, he seemed nice & friendly. Our waiter Michael took a bit but came, it seemed like we may have been forgot about a few times. Also a GM I believe he said, introduced himself & he was nice/friendly. We got our food it was decent. We got the check & my husand put his card in the book & we won't sure where to pay. We asked...the same man who sat us offered to take it to our waiter. They went to this area that was blocked off with 3 walls (on the right side before the restrooms) idk if there is even registers there I couldn't tell...& it seemed to take a bit for the waiter to come back with the receipt.. well later on we see a 90$ charge from amazon. Neither of us have ordered from there. & my husband also JUST got a new card less than 2 weeks ago because his wallet was stolen. This was the first time a purchase was paid for out of his sight. So we're pretty sure either the man who sat us/took the book to the waiter, or our waiter Michael stole his card info.. we could be wrong but its a lot of things pointing that way...tomorrow soon as BWW open, I am calling the owner & corporate to make as report... my husband and I are also going to his bank to file a report & dispute. The bank luckily does investigation pretty quick so hopefully they can trace the IP address & get the amazon account to whoever did this. It's sad how someone would do that. My husband is out of town staying in Sumter working his ass off to support his family & it's nothing for people to just steal & THINK they can get away with it. But the time will come that will...
