Edited to clarify..
A prominent organization in Sun City who frequents this establishment on a regular basis had called ahead to make sure we could bring our group of veterans to bowl. We were assured that our needs would be accommodated, including use of the bumpers and rails. We came on an OPEN bowling day, when the public is allowed to bowl as guests of members, regardless of whether or not they are affiliated with a league. When we arrived there, it was a different story.
Original review: THEY REFUSED TO ENABLE THE BUMPERS FOR DISABLED VETERANS This bowling alley is very unhelpful to people with disabilities. We brought a group of seniors who are disabled veterans there to bowl today. These are people who honorably served our country. Despite their limitations, they were eager to bowl and happy to be there. One of the ramps was very flimsy and had to be held down to function properly. The staff said their equipment was fine and that we were using it wrong. Some of the veterans wanted to bowl the "normal" way without the ramp, but they were having a hard time avoiding the gutter, so we requested that they enable the bumpers for their lane. The staff refused to do it. They said that it was against regulation to let people who weren't CHILDREN use the bumpers - absolutely ridiculous! I just got off the phone with a different bowling alley, who said they would be happy to accommodate the request if we were to bowl there. We will take our business elsewhere, where the veterans are made to feel welcome no matter what their...
Read moreBell Lanes is a terrific, traditional bowling center. They have sixteen well-maintained synthetic lanes and approaches, using Brunswick A2 pinsetters, Brunswick Pro Anvilane lane surfaces and markings, and Brunswick's most up to date automatic scoring system. This is a great establishment for league and tournament bowlers. They do not have any sort of cosmic bowling and limited equipment for children to bowl. They do have a few light weight balls and a few lanes are bumper-equipped to keep rolled balls out of the gutter. This is a private bowling center for the use of Sun City residents, their guests and league/tournament bowlers by...

I went there today and there was a total of 4 people playing and they still wouldn't take my money. I mean if you have an empty house and someone comes in want to bowl A game I don't see what the big deal is, I was even willing to pay extra but their loss. Not too business savvy letting cash just walk out the door over...
